Bumped into them on the street. Rude and aggressive beyond civilized norms. That's what you'd probably encounter the first time there'd be a problem with rented vehicles. Shame for Ljubljana and Slovenia.

Interesting that you are giving feedback about a business based on the customer's behaviour... Actually you were never my customer and never rented the vehicle with us yet you are giving negative feedback.
Like you would go to a restaurant and at the entrance random stranger would spill a coffe on you and you would say this restaurant has a bad food. Rethink your post that's all I can say ;) and sorry for your encounter with my customer that didn't seem to be pleasant but unfortunately I cannot contol their behavior.

We had this great opportunity for a weekend rental of a 4 wheel motorcycle (Quadro), which was very fun and enjoyable. It was nice to have a comfotable ride while exploring Slovenia's beautiful spots. Communication with the manager was good and he was really responsive all the time. We got many useful information about the motorcycle and driving tips. Insurance and helmets are included, which is also very nice! We would recommend this rental to anyone, who likes the freedom to explore and wants to see Ljubljana or Slovenia from a different perspective :)
