The two instructors were nice, professional, super calm and helped with everything. Before every zipline we got told whats special (you have time, enjoy the view - on this one you habe to break early - on this one not at all) so we were always perfectly prepared. The first zipline was (of course) the highest and the longest - which was totally scary in the beginning - but it was amazing and I would recommend it for everyone who is visiting Bovec! On the trip someone took photos of us and they were send to us for free - thanks a lot, I would defenitely do it again!

This happened on the 12th of September. Myself and 9 other friends booked a team building rafting event a full month in advance. Once we paid, received our equipment and were driven to the spot where our activity would begin our team got split up to fill other rafts. As such our team building experience was ruined from the get-go. Two people were put in a raft with 3 very young children and their father, while two others were put in a raft with people that didn't speak our language. As such we were clearly used as filler, because there is no reason why they couldn't split us in a 6+4 way, and not 6+2+2 way. Once we got back, we asked why did this happen, and the manager laughably claimed if I don't understand that the raft cannot hold 10 people clearly finding our situation funny. Mind you, we drove 5 hours for this awful experience. Once we asked for the pictures they wanted to charge us triple the price because we were in, and I quote, "more teams". We managed to argue the fact they broke us up breaking the arrangement, and after an argument they agreed paying "only" once is fine. Mind you, the pictures are JPG files they send to you, and not actual photos. The bloke running the resort is clearly unfit to run even a simple food stand. I will also add that they never, at any point, asked us if we are tested negative for covid, to show any results, if we are vaccinated or if we are showing any symptoms. They also didn't ask the children and adults we were forced to share equipment, rafts, small vehicles and a buss with. Knowing this makes me wonder if they even clean the headgear and equipment you are forced to wear properly - food for thought. If you are looking for a rafting experience please look elsewhere first and use this as a last resort, or a wild card.
