Ten Lucky Girls shared the most amazing adventure riding horses for a week all around Slovenia! We rode in 3 different parts of the country, and each place was fantastic. Lado organized a perfect trip for us: plenty of hours in the saddle, but also many other activities including wine tasting, truffle hunting, visiting Bled Castle and the church, Vintgar Gorge, Postonja Caves, Predjama Castle, and more! My personal favourite was 2 days riding with https://www.horsesonbreg.si/en/, but every experience was wonderful. We even got to ride Lipizzaners in Lipica!
It was a milestone birthday for one of the Lucky Girls and we celebrated in a chalet in Triglav National Park. Lado arranged for a fantastic cake and we had a great party.
This was a trip of a lifetime, thanks to Lado and sLOVEnia Horse Riding - can't recommend it enough!

We joined Borut Delost from Horses on Breg on a four-days-tour around Sembije and it was just perfect. The place still is very natural, so you're going to explore „real“ Slovenia and its hospitable residents. Borut was a great guide, his horses amazingly understanding and patient. We felt safe the whole time and trusted the horses from the first minute on. This is big recommendation for all those who wish to explore Slovenia off the beaten tracks and get to know Boruts beautiful homeplace: untouched nature, beautiful forests, peace & quiet. Thank you for this unique experience!

My husband and I are experienced riders from Ireland, and we were in the Lake Bled area during April 2019. We were looking for a local horse-riding experience, suited to our ability and came across Lado's services. After contacting him via email, he swiftly arranged a wonderful half-day trail ride in the nearby Zirovnica (about ten minutes in the car form Bled), where we were treated to a simply stunning trail ride through the Slovenian countryside. We went up the mountains and then back down again into the farming fields, seeing a bear on the way and crossing a glacial river! Our guide Dusan was very friendly, and provided excellent horses. We spent a few hours cantering across the most beautiful fields I'd ever seen!! Afterwards, Dusan showed us the rest of his horses, and I was particularly taken with his Shetland! Would go back again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend.

I have only been horseback riding once or twice before, and after reading the reviews thought this would be a great experience. I was picked up from my hotel in the morning by the owner and he drove me to the stables. He was very professional and accommodating for my beginner status. I was the only one that was a beginner so he decided to walk the trail alongside of me while I rode Snowflake. After an hour long ride, he drove me back to my hotel. The horses are all beautiful and everyone there was very friendly. If you're looking for a different experience, I would try this out.

We absolutely loved this riding experience. It was planned on a whim when we were looking for something to do in between Bled and Ljubljana. Lado responded right away and organized a ride for us the following morning.
Our guide was fantastic and taught us so much about the area and the horses were so well behaved. Its obvious they are very well cared for.
Highly recommend this as a way to see the scenery around Bled!

I did two different trail rides (2hrs, 4hrs across 2 days) in two different areas with two different stables, both organised by Slovenia Horse Riding.
I found it difficult to book a trail riding experience in Slovenia, until i came across Lado and Slovenia Horse Riding. He was a helpful, knowledgeable and efficient organiser. Being an avid rider himself, a veteran in the tourism industry and a local of Slovenia, all my needs for horse riding in Slovenia were fulfilled. Without having my own car it was such a relief to be picked up and dropped off from my accomodation.
The Bled region is so beautiful and relaxing for riding. I had an amazing experience. The horse ranch companies were easy-going but still safe, responsible and they selected very appropriate horses for my skill level and size. Was also my first time galloping...very memorable. Highly recommended!

Lado was really nice and accommodating. Im a complete beginner and he adjusts the lessons acdg to preference and needs. I did some private lessons and also trail riding in Bled. I had a lot of fun! Highly recommended!

Our family had an amazing horseback riding experience in Bled. We are all total beginners. The staff was very professional and horses well tamed. It was the first trail riding experience for us and it was just magical. For our little girl (4 years old) they also arranged a little pony ride. We will never forget the smile on little face and the joy we had with sLOVEnia HORSE RIDING. Highly recommended!

Lado did a great job of picking which ride for me to do since he knew I was looking for an experienced riders option. The ride itself was fantastic. My guide was great and he made sure to keep the pace up and make the ride exciting while also taking in the beauty of Slovenia!

sLOVEnia horse riding provided us with an excellent and professional service. They have contacts all over Slovenia and organised us two fantastic horse back riding trips. We had a beautiful two hour trip in Luce. My 9 year old daughter and myself (both with some riding experience) really enjoyed the trip and felt very safe with the excellent and committed guides. In Bohinj, sLOVEnia horse riding booked a great family tour for the four of us (where our son had no riding experience before).
sLOVEnia horse riding is really the best way to find horse back riding trips in Slovenia: both trips were prebooked and prepaid so we did not have to worry about practicalities. After our riding experiences, we were actively requested to provide feedback if all was OK about our trips. This illustrates the committment of sLOVEnia horse riding and its staff to provide the best service possible! THANKS!

At the end of July we leave for our holiday to Kransjka Gora. My husband, daughter and I would like to go horseback riding once. I have a lot of experience. My husband and daughter a little bit. Is Bled a suitable location for us to horse riding?
