The skiing here was exceptional! Very nice people and great drive through the the country. That is until we were stopped by the police by driving slightly over the speed limit and then extorted for 250 euros. Drivers be wary, they will take your passport and hold on to it until you pay and threaten to keep you in the... More

This was a really fun, relaxing place to ski. The ski area is quite small, especially as some of the runs were closed part of the week due to the World Cup Slalom event at the weekend. While the runs weren't particularly challenging, they were great fun and you could put different bits together to create variety. There were no... More

Now I had high expectations from Slovenia. Only to be stopped by corrupt police (we had italian registration drove from italy into slovenia) they asked for my passport so I was stupid enough to give it to them... only for these two corrupt police men to ask for 500 euros CASH!! I was like what for? they had a dodgy... More

We were here only for a couple of hours but our teen aged kids had so much fun in the snow. We rented a couple of sledges for them and eventually we all had a go on them. We don't have snow where we live so this was a novelty for us all. And for those who like to ski,... More

A beautiful, peaceful and romantic holiday resort only 7 km from both the Austrian and Italian borders. Located in a valley surrounded by mountains it offers a great deal for all the family. The people are friendly and hospitable. There is much to see and do. Public transport is easily accessible, reasonably priced and gives you a great way to... More

Don't tell anyone but this is one wonderful location for a summer holiday in the mountains. The attractions are numerous and because of the organised trips and the local bus services you don't need a car to get around. If you are reasonably fit there are great walks in and around the valley, all signposted, all you need is the footpath map.We... More

The village itself is something to visit, with the local church and the souvenirs shops, and the cafeterias give you a good start before riding the cable car to go up the mountain. The views are spectacular

This is a beautiful and peaceful little town in the Alps. Just sit in a cafe or stroll along the picturesque streets and enjoy. We visited Sep-2015, there is a summer slider which was a nice experience. Try it.
