This is a health spa, not really a hotel. Services and rooms are not up to contemporary standards. Staff generally does not speak English. Customer service left a great deal to be desired, and we left feeling like each interaction was another opportunity to shake us down.

Very high price for what it is. Dirty shower, mouldy and no power shower. Food was awful, very fatty, no fruit on offer at all. Service was terrible, rude staff at reception and in the canteen.
