Booked this company to provide airport transfers from Modlin Airport to Central Warsaw. Email communications were fantastic. All info was provided and on arriving at Modlin the driver was waiting with my name on a board so was easy to spot. Vehicle was a six seater even though there were 4 of us with luggage. We were taken quickly to Novotel in Warsaw and left right at their door. Driver was very courteous and professional
On return I emailed Shuttle24 on morning of flight just to confirm pick up and got an immediate reply. Driver arrived early which was great as we were ready. Again a six seater which was clean and driver again was very courteous and polite. Very pleased with the service and reasonable charge of €30 each way payable to driver. I would recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Well done.

We used shuttle 24 on a recent trip to Warsaw. Booking on-line was simple. I had a query on price and it was answered within minutes by e-mail. We were met in departure area and collected from our Hotel at the time arranged on way back.
I would highly recommend them!

Communication was easy. As soon as we arrived at WAW airport they waited for us and gave us clear directions about where to go and meet the driver. The communication was in English. We met our driver and the drive to our hotel was provided. We highly recommend this transport company.

The cost of the private transfer from Modlin to Polonia Palace and return was by far the best price compared to rival companies. Shuttle24 was fantastic on arrival at Modlin I received an e mail saying our driver was at the airport and the drivers phone number then the driver rang me to see if we where ready to come out if the airport. Then on our return to the airport the driver came in the hotel with a board with my name on. I would not hesitate in using this company again.

We used shuttle24 from and to Modlin airport while in Warsaw on a stag, the company was very professional, easy to book on their website, excellent english skills, prompt and great value. They couldnt have made it easier.

Initial email response was a little slow but once we got going all was sorted quickly with nice, clear email confirmation advising times, contacts, costs etc...no hidden extras.
Message on arrival and friendly chap greeted us as we left passport control.
Similar arrangement when collecting us from the hotel to go back to the airport. Was competitively priced too.

What does a person need to do to get a response from this company. Twice I have e mailed them to check they have my booking, with no response. I'm now left not knowing if my transer will be there when I arrive at Modlin

Bookings are confirmed automaticly to given email adress. If you did'nt get one maybe there is some problem with correct email adress or it's in SPAM folder. We do our best to reply instantly for every quotation. You can contact directly with us also via Facebook and telephone no.

Do they operate after 10pm - my flight doesn't arrive till after 9pm and also what would it cost for a transfer from modlin airport into Warsaw,city ( 3 adults,travelling)
