I have been to this Museum several times. Few days ago I have spent more time to watch the old time equipment, which was used during the earlier Olympic Games. On the display there is also a vast collection of the Olympic medals won by Polish athletes in the past 90 years. It is a convenient location for this Museum, in the Headquarter of Polish Olympic Committee. Close to this place is a big Golf course in the distance of three kilometers from Warsaw Center!

Located in HQ of Poland's National Olimpic Cometee. Quite far from town centre in an estate more recalling a business park than cultural fixture. Not easy to find within the building, as museum only takes two floors of rather large edifice. It's on some top floors, but you need to go to the basement first... with no information about that at the entry. So, basement is where you make your first steps, to buy tickets, to leave your coats and then to take a lift to the correct floor. The lift is all glassed and runs outside building with panoramical views, if only the area around was more pictoresque... Lots of memorabilia spread over large exhibition rooms, arranged in modern way with no boundaries between museum sections. Starting from first sporting events with Poles taking place (even if those days Poland as a country didn't exist) to some recent ones, including Euro 2012 partially hosted by Poland. Worth visit, but in some way I was exbecting that to be more appealing; I don't really know, what I was expecting... But still: good, but not satisfied in 100%.

The Sports and Tourism Museum in Warsaw displays objects and exhibitions about the history of Polish sports, introducing the history of sports development in Poland. Admission to the museum is free every Saturday, no purchase required. However, all the museum's instructions are not in English, only in Polish. If you don’t speak Polish, you can skip this attraction because it’s uncomfortable just to pay for it.

Speedway exhibition was supposed to be on display until the end of June, but we visited in June and most motorcycles had been already moved away. Also, the place is full of staff, but they all seat somewhere and chat to each other doing nothing: it doesn't look good at all.
