Unusual area of sand on the River Vistula where you can sit and enjoy the view on a nice sunny day. There is also a beach bar open at certain times. It's quite a walk from the Old Town, approx 30 mins walk.

Vistula River Beach is located near the Main Square, dozens of people are relaxing/ enjoying sun bath on the shore of Vistula. And there is a free ferry to other side.

One of my favourite places in Warsaw. Buy yourself a beer in the underground passage next to the tram stop (no credit cards accepted) and follow the crowd heading towards the river bank next to the national stadium. Drinking is not allowed officially, so watch out for the police, but you'll see them approaching fast enough. Go there on a nice, sunny, summer day in the afternoon to enjoy the beautiful sunset. And feel ike a local.

This beach is located across the bridge from the Warsaw main town area, we travelled using the bikes that they had around the city because it was really convenient to just pick up a bike from one location and drop it of at another - a bonus for riding bikes is you can get some nice scenery views as you're riding across the bridge. However, if that's not for you I believe there's other form of transport available. There are footpaths available to get to the beach and because we went during a not so busy season the beach was empty, the cute thing on this beach is the little hut that's been built on the beach so perfect for those that like a good photo session. I think if you went during peak season there would be more things going on but for us it was really quiet and felt like a remote area.

I loved the atmosphere at that place! It's not a physically pretty zone, but it's pleasant to spend some time at. People chilling, sunbathing during summer, enjoying the river. There are several places to have a snack and drinks around it. It made me wish the rivers in my country were just as clean, so we could do the same thing. :)

This place is an amazing place to relax in the evening sunset with few cold beers. Theres always something going on there. Great for families, friends etc. Really do visit.

Pleasant trip on the ferry across the Vistula. Surprised there's not more river trips. Great on a hot day. Walked along the wild eastern bank - shady trees and inlets with some wildlife and dead wood - to the next beach and ferry

A nice place to stay during the day and get a sun tan and at night the place is very crowded and people are partying in the weekends

Lovely walk with street food stalls, parks, cafes and even a beach. Get away from the tourists and meet the very friendly locals!

This is a very pleasant place to go and chilled out in.
The "beach " is in a bit of a dowdy area but in its own way it's a nice place to go,it's unusual and when the weather is fine I would imagine this place to be very popular.
