About Anna Kraus Warsaw Dream
I have been giving tours of Warsaw since 2010. I graduated with a history major, incorporat the diverse historical knowledge I have accumulated over the years in my tours, and use many pre-war photographs to illustrate this information. I love literature and during my trips I describe lives of the poets who used to walk down the streets of Warsaw. I am also interested in architecture, so please forgive me for my harsh critique of some of the achievements of twentieth-century architects… Since 2013 I have been travelling with my tourists to other Polish cities like Krakow, Lublin and Kazimierz Dolny.

In September 2019, we had the good fortune to meet Anna for a walking tour of Warsaw. We were extremely pleased at her knowledge of sites of Jewish interest as well as her overall knowledge of the city. She took us to the Warsaw Ghetto, synagogues, various monuments, shops, restaurants and the Polin Museum. Her ability to answer all of our questions thoroughly was very impressive. Anna was friendly, patient and very interesting. She actually spent more time with us than we expected. Because of her expertise, we felt we had the very best experience learning about Warsaw and it's history. A few days after our tour, we had a problem and lost our luggage on the train heading to Berlin. We called Anna (we don't speak Polish) and she was willing to help us communicate with the railroad. Thanks to Anna we were able to retrieve our belongings. Without her help we would never have gotten our luggage back. She was so kind and very concerned about our plight. We thoroughly recommend connecting with Anna if you are in Warsaw and would like to have a fabulous, and most memorable walking tour of the city! Anna was the Best! Thank you for everything!

Anna is a fantastic tour guide. It was my first time in Warsaw and she showed me so much of what the city has to offer. We walked, took the subway, and tram and saw a variety of historic sites. She is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I learned so much about Polish history and current events. If you are visiting Warsaw you don’t want to miss the opportunity to take a tour with Anna.

You can not find a more considerate, smart and knowledgeable guide than Anna. Please do not waste time with any other company if you can get her to accommodate you while there. She is pleasant and very sympathetic to a Senior group of Americans who need someone who speaks good English. She makes you had a worthwhile experience.

Pawel assigned me to a tor guide named Anna as he was already booked on the day. The tour guide was low energy spoke very infrequently as we toured and her comments were not very intelligent. We were very disappointed and would not recommend using her as a guide if Pawel is not available.

Jody decided to shorten the tour since her daughter felt sick. I managed to show them only one sight in Warsaw. They did not experience the whole tour. Therefore, this review shall not be treated as an objective one.
