We used VIP Service to transfer a group of guests from Warsaw to Lodz, organised a tour of Lodz, and return to Warsaw the next day.
The preparations of the itenary and wide range of vehicles made the cooperation a pure pleasure. The excursion was also perfect with a polite and pro-active driver who took good care of the guests. We left and arrived at agreed times.

We have asked VIP Service to arrange the ground transportation for the Government Aircraft Crew at Warsaw Poland.
Ensuring ground transportation for crew an important element of mission success anytime.
In this circumstance VIP Service gave us no stress regarding provide all vehicles on time, permission of vehicles entering to Air Base and stuff.
I do express that all the work they carried out was perfect.
We commit that we will ask them again when we have mission at Warsaw.

Perfect service

We used VIP Service during our stay in Poland. First, we decided to pick up from Chopin Airport, the driver was elegant and punctual, he was waiting for us in the designated place despite the delay of the plane. The level of the service provided was high and a luxury car, so we also ordered a transfer from Warsaw to Wrocław with a guided city tour. The journey passed safely and the driver took care of every detail. On the way, we could use the Internet, which was important to us. Next year we are planning another visit to Poland, this time our direction will be Krakow. I am sure that we will choose this company again because both the driver and the luxury car met our expectations.

I was a bit nervous but there was nothing that I needed to be nervous about. When i send for question they were answered promptly. Any issues were communicated right away. Driver arrived on scheduled time and was very attentive. Drive was great and rules of the road was followed so i had nothing to worry about. Thank you for making my last experience in Warsaw so great.

Great Service and VIP Treatment

Used them for going from/to airport, Majdanek Concentration Camp, Wolf's Lair.
All drivers and guides they arranged were expectational. Would definitely use again.
Cars all clean with water and drivers so accommodating, Private guides were great and really knew their stuff. Thanks again!

We used their services for a Congress held in Warsaw which was attended by delegates from all over the world representing some of the worlds best hotels. The transport was luxurious and the guides were excellent. We used them for various transportation requirements and also sightseeing. Cannot fault the service at all. Highly recommend

We travelled to and from Warsaw airport by private car.
The car was comfortable, excellent drivers and very helpful and on time.
Great value given the 180km journey each way.
I would highly recommend VIP service.

was very excited to go to the biggest water park in Poland (and Europe!) and by looking at the pictures I thought it was worth purchasing a full day tickets….HUGE mistake! I’m general, I like the I idea for a the section for a different entertainment but I would never ever expect such a crowd! I honestly think it was busier than an underground in London in a rush hour! You basically stand in a pool and say excuse me when you want to move! There is no way you could swim, I’ve never seen anything like that before. I completely blame the management and the owners who are driven by the thought of a profit not safety and comfort of their customers. What’s the point of going to a water park if you cannot swim because you are next to (20cm apart) with a stranger! Being there for a few hours and not being able to find a place to seat down for a rest. My question for the management is: what’s the procedure for evacuation if something happens????? Do you even have one? We were in the outside pool and it started raining suddenly, you can imagine the crowd inside, absolutely horrible experience. Don’t sell so MANY tickets and improve things inside (smelly toilets and showers, not enough staff around) and you will end up with a place customer will come back to, until then no chance!
