A great tour. The drive from Warsaw and back was long but worth it. The Malbork Castle was huge & all-brick. Our driver ROBERT was the best in bringing us there & back safely. Our tour guide in Gdansk was EVA and aside from that she is beautiful, she was also knowledgeable, understanding, considerate, & accomodating. She was perfect. We enjoyed it very much. Thanks a million!

Me and my mother visited Warszawa for 4 days. We wanted to go to Treblinka and decided to travel with "AN Poland Travel".
We paid the whole fee in advance and got an email from the company saying that we weren't suppose to meet up at 09 AM the next day as we were firstly informed, but 08.55 AM. Very precise.

Well, we were there on time and waited..and waited. Finally, our guide (Marek) showed up 50 minutes late!! He didn't even called to say he was late, even though he got my number (through the company).

The car ride was awefull, because he was not a good driver to say the least. He tried to pass other cars in turns and he managed to stop the car multiple times (it was manual car).

When we arrived at the museum, he talked about the WWII and the jews for 1,5 hour before we went outside to Treblinka II. We looked at the camp and took some pictures (the buildings were eliminated during the war). We were outside for about 20-30 minutes, before driving back home.

The money we pay for the trip, included lunch. We were informed that lunch was paid for, but we had to cover beer, wine, soda etc. by ourselves. Good enough.
However, when we had ordered, eaten and were ready to leave, we were informed that several of us had to pay for half of the meal, because we ordered fish and it was too expensive. So 4 out of 5 had to pay extra, when we were informed that lunch were included.

When we waited for Marek in the morning, we contacted the compay (AB Poland Travel), first by phone several times, but they didn't pick up. When we emailed them they distanced themselves from the situation. It was not even debatable if we could get a small refund.

The lunch were just the finishing touch and we were not impressed with the service. To stop us from wanting a refund from the compay, Marek wanted to pay for me and my mom's lunch (the extra money we were asked to pay afterwards).

We arrived back in Warszawa almost one hour after schedule, because of Marek's delay in the morning.

We definitely don't think it was worth the money.

This place is a heart breaking memorial to the Holocaust. I would recommend having a good teaching guide with you to explain the significance of the numbers , the rocks, the pits etc. As sad as it is, I am glad it is preserved, as many as possible need to experience this site.

The driver and guide were excellent and the tour fascinating. The driver Piotr was excellent in English and very helpful and interesting to travel with.
Aleksandra the guide not only spoke fluent English but was extremely knowledgeable and informative and pleased to share this with us.
I would say they both went out of their way to make this an excellent tour

I searched for this trip on all portals such as Google, Tripadvisor, Getyourguide, etc and AB Poland is the only travel agency who offered the cheapest price. Aside from that, they respond very quickly to emails. They were suggested by our hotel so I went directly to their website. They will patiently answer your queries and are very informative. When the day of the tour came, Robert, our driver, picked us up on time - even earlier. He drove smoothly and he was very approachable. At Auschwitz, whenever we had questions, he would call their office and get back to us immediately. The tour was organised and no one got left out. The Auschwitz-Birkenau tour gave us a lot of knowledge about what happened there before. We had audios provided so even if we were far from the guide, we could still hear every word. The Krakow tour was amazing. The place was beautiful. We had lunch included in the package and the food was good. All in all, the tour was more than we had expected for the price we paid. Thank you AB Poland for an amazing trip. We would definitely recommend you to people we know who will be travelling in Poland. And if ever we'd go back, we'll get in touch with you guys again.

The tour was wonderful, so convenient picking us up from our hotel in our own car from Warsaw. Our driver Robert was absolutely great, comfortable and talkative but not overbearing. The tour through Auschwitz was very interesting and sobering, we had a guide who was very knowledgeable and kept a respectful tone throughout the tour which we appreciated. The krakow tour was very nice too with lots of lovely architecture and food. I highly recommend the tour, if your willing to spend a little bit for a great and comfortable day from Warsaw to the south it’s definitely worth it!

We had a brilliant day at the Wolf’s Lair and Mamerki, with Piotr as our guide. He was very nice and accommodating, and also fairly knowledgeable. As I have very specific dietary requirements, he ensured I got a meal that suited my needs at lunchtime. He had the added challenge of the bunkers at Mamerki being closed, so was left to bring us around the smaller bunkers, while explaining how the larger bunkers were laid out. He was very knowledgeable of the history of the Wolf’s Lair, and the particulars of the place in terms of measures taken to conceal the area from the air, it was really very interesting. Our trip did not include Swieta Lipka.
