Let me start by saying I have been wanting to come visit Auschwitz since I was 11 years old. This trip has been the number 1 experience on my bucket list for 18 years so picking the right tour was extremely important to me. I emailed a few companies to see which tour would be best for me and my boyfriend and AB Poland was the most responsive and informative with their replies. They answered all my extensive questions extremely quickly so I knew I was making the right choice. We stayed at a hotel in Warsaw and ABPoland sent a private van to pick us up from our hotel at 7:30am. The ride over to Auschwitz is about 3:30-4 hours long so they make sure to stop on the way for restroom/snack break. We happened to stop at a McDonald’s. Then once we arrived at Auschwitz we were in our own tour group and didn’t have to wait in the line to get into the museum itself which was about 400 people long. We got to walk right in with our tour which was surprising and appreciated. The tour of Auschwitz is incredible. We had enough time to take everything in and learned SO much about the camp. This company took such great care of us. I know they are a little more pricey then some other companies I quoted BUT the service is impeccable. They literally pick you up and drop you off right at your hotel lobby. You seriously can’t go wrong with AB Poland. I can’t recommend them enough to anyone wanting to do a tour in Warsaw. If you are between two companies make sure to choose this one.

I went to Auschwitz in September and was due to go back so thought I would book with AB Poland to go to Treblinka as I was in Warsaw. I don't like to 'compare' the two as they are not attractions, but I was extremely moved by my trip. It was just me on my own and no one else had not signed up, but that did not matter, though it was expensive it was worth it. The guide was very informative and took me around Warsaw to show me some of the Ghetto sites. We then went around Treblinka and he left me along for a few minutes for a bit of quiet reflection, which I very much appreciated.
If you have any interest in the war I would advise that you go. Anti-semitism and holocaust denial are on the rise, and it is vital that as many people are told the horror of what happened as possible. Even showing pictures and telling other people of my trip makes me well up at times.

Amazing how efficient this camp was in executing the order of murdering Jews during WW2. The quantity of Jews burnt to death in this camp, in the "Short" period of its existence is amazing. It is much more efficient than the horrible of all - Auschwitz. This is a must to see memorial though destroyed completely by the Nazi murderers when they escaped back to germany.

You walk through a forest to finally reach a memorial area where very where you look there are stones marking Towns that had their Jewish population exterminated. It is a very somber ,moving place The Nazis totally destroyed the actual camp that was originally there..It would be very difficult to find on your own.We were driven there by our fabulously knowledgeable guide Ewa Bratosiewicz who really explained all that our families had experienced .This camp was about a two hour drive from Warsaw.

Sobering to be there and try to understand what transpired in Auschwitz. Be prepared to walk a lot. Tours take you through the place. Be reverent. Take a small tour group if you can.

It was a 14 hour day but one very well spent. Robert, our driver, picked us up on time and had a full size van for us since we were 4 adults. He was able to stop along the way for a break and got us to malbork castle. He got our headsets and explained how to use them then gave us plenty of time to explore. We met him back at the van and he took us for a very delicious and filling lunch. After that, we drove an hour to Gdańsk where we met Michael, our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the extensive history of the town and spent about 90 min with us. We met Robert back at the van and he was able to drop us off where we wanted back in Warsaw. Overall, we had a fantastic experience.

Our guide Jacek (Jake) was wonderful!....His ability and wealth of knowledge to explain Jewish History of Warsaw and little anecdotes with humour made this a very special and memorable journey. I was so very pleased with the memorials and areas he took us to in Warsaw before we left to go to Treblinka. It gave us a more personal perspective for the journey ahead. Where Treblinka is concerned....I have no words. I can only imagine that each individual that visits a site like this has their own personal response to it. I can only say that if you are in the position to go then you should go...it is sacred ground that will be etched in your memory always. I recommend this tour as a must see and give my utmost respect and gratitude to Jacek for his passion...his knowledge so readily shared and his compassion for his people and all human beings alike. Thank you!

October, and there were still hoards of people here. We went in with a guide in a group of about 20, and had headphones so we could hear our guide. I believe you cannot go in on your own, but have to have a guide. I wasn't sure if l really wanted to go, and if l could cope with the emotional side of it. But l went, lm glad l did, and would urge anyone thinking about it, to take the opportunity and go. You make of it what you want to, it's a very personal thing. Just be prepared for it to be busy. On a practical note, there are a few points where you can buy a drink or snack before or after you enter, a small book shop and there are toilets which cost 2 zloty to use. A sad place.

My wife and I recently returned from taking this tour and cannot say enough nice things about it. Before we arrived in Poland we contacted AB Poland regarding questions and concerns we had. Monika at AB Poland responded promptly. Monika could not have been nicer- she/AB Poland arranged for our visas in order we may cross over the border in addition to arranging accommodation . The day of the tour our tour guide Przemyslaw met us at our hotel and drove us up to Bialowieza/Belarus. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable throughout our visit. This trip exceeded our expectations not only the destination but the also the people who arranged and took care of us. Would highly recommend this tour and AB Poland

Thank you again for writing all these kind words about us - we highly appreciate them. It has been a pleasure organizing this tour for you. We hope more people will visit the beautiful area of Bialowieza National Park with its unspoiled nature and a variety of animal species. We look forward to hearing from you again!
