Thank you for taking the time to express your opinion. As we always strive to maintain the highest level of our services, your honest feedback is very valuable to us.
We are, again, sincerely sorry about the delay during lunch. Sometimes things do get out of control, but we do our best to make up for them. That is why we offered complimentary dinner in Krakow for you and your family. We take it as priority to never let our guests miss out on the services they have purchased. As we explained to you, we have contacted the restaurant right away after you had alarmed us about the issue. As you know, they informed us they had a temporary gas malfunction. Because of it, it took the restaurant staff a little longer than usual to serve the second course for your group. However, our driver informed us you and your family still got served first course (hot soup) without any delay. Before the staff managed to serve second course, you had chosen to leave the restaurant. We asked the driver to take an extra good care of you for the rest of the day to make sure you would not be hungry and ultimately finish the tour with a smile on your faces, but we were informed you chose not to accept the complimentary meal.
Let us also explain, the restaurant which you mentioned serves tourists visiting Auschwitz from all over the world every day. Our guests are always served on time, which can be reflected in numerous Trip Advisor reviews.
We still hope the visit to Auschwitz and Krakow was a valuable experience for you and that you enjoyed your stay in Poland.

it's non-smoking, but you can smoke during the stops.
Auschwitz is a non smoke area if you are going to do this tour

Hello, We will be staying in Warsaw and our Polish friends told us to visit the Museum of the Mazovian Countryside in Sierpc and Torun. Is it possible to see both in a day tour? Thanks!
