We booked this trip through the tourist information office, and communicated with the company via email. It is a long day, Pick up at 6.30 and arrive home at midnight. The driver and minibus were on time, stopped regularly or on request and were organised. We had a two hour walking tour of Krakow, it was a shame we had no time to potter and shop on our own, and then on to the camps. I would advise you to take some water and a snack as we did not eat till 3pm. The food at the stop was poor, straight out of a freezer and bland in comparison to the other menu type fayre we ate in the city. The tour of the camps was excellent, moving harrowing and haunting. I spent much time in thought and reflection on the way home and this day will stay with me for the rest of my life. If you go to Poland you have to make this visit.
