Peter, our tour guide, gave us a 3-4hr private tour of Jewish historical sites in
and around Warsaw. He was extremely knowledgeable
and informative and made it all very interesting while putting everything
we saw in perspective. He was an awesome guide and we would definitely
highly recommend him for any tour he does.

What a compellingly rich four hours infused with Marcin's deep research, historical photos and passion for the subject. His classic ol' Fiat was also great fun, adding to the trip into the sordid past. PS. Had just finished reading Leon Uris's classic MILA 18 which came alive in the tour. HIghly recommended!

This tour with Artur, who we spent two days with us was E-X-C-P-T-I-O-N-A-L to say the least. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. We learned a great deal from him. He provided a compelling history and showed us historical photos. He went above and beyond to recommend restaurants. I consider this tour a must for anybody visiting Warsaw and request Artur as the tour guide.

Our guide Marcin picked us up at 9.15 for our 4 hour plus tour in a retro Fiat 125P. the tour was fascinating and Marcin made it very interesting with his research and the photos that help to tell the full story covering the Jewish history as well as the Polish history of the events before and during the war. His comprehensive knowledge of the events and places was excellent and his personal touch of providing doughnuts and coffee during the tour was very well received and appreciated. we took his advice and went to the Warsaw uprising museum in the afternoon and that was an excellent experience as well. Our thanks must go to the best tour guide we have experienced.

Hi there... I will be ending a 2 week Holocaust seminar trip in poland on June 4. Looking for a driver for two days, one night starting at Rzezow Airport on June 4th at around 11:30 am, and driving to Sanok Poland, where my grandparents etc was from. Spend some time in sanok, then an overnight either Lublin or Kazimierz Dolny and back to Warsaw june 5th. Anyone have a recommendation english speaking driver that would not cost a fortune? I got a quote from what sounded like a very good company based in Warsaw but the price was just really really way to high for me....thankyou carol b

We are debating whether or not to take a planned tour of Warsaw/Lodz/ Krakow/ Lublin or just do it ourselves and hire guides on various days.Do you do day trips from Warsaw to Lodz? If so, what would be your cost? Thanks! Anita D.

Just saw your query (due to extended travel myself...) After a 6-day tour (of Polish Unitarian history around Krakow), I was happy to do more of Krakow (including a day trip to Auschwitz and the Salt Mine and a Krakow ghetto tour) on my own - ditto onward to Warsaw, centrally located hotel, lotsa walking, museums, plus the Jewish Ghetto 4-hour tour in ancient Fiat. Perfect after just finishing re-reading Leon Uris's Mila-18. Plus, in both cities, nightly Chopin concerts available - enjoyed each.
