Historic Street, Nice Walk

It's not very long and is part of the Royal route but it's a nice stroll past some nice sights. Lots of shops and restaurants if you need to stop for a libation.

This was our go-to destination from our hotel nearby and there are plenty of reasonably priced bars and restaurants here and in the side streets. You will never go hungry in Warsaw!

This street (New World Street) is a continuation of Krakowskie Przedmiescie Street. It has lots of expensive designer shops, restaurants and sidewalk cafes. Great walking street. It ends at the "Palm Tree" artsy sculpture at Rondo de Gaulle.

Nowy Swiat (new world) is one of the main shopping streets in the old city of Warsaw. Here you can go for a walk, while time stands still. You can walk along the street, breathing the special atmosphere, seeing the beautiful shops, cafes and restaurants which serves traditional polish dishes. Wonderful place to spend a day in, when you are... More

This is the main artery leading to the old city: you will have occasion to go along so easily. Beautiful buildings, restaurants and shops, bustling crowds of people, street artists: everything you can imagine to find in a central street of a major European city. A must if you plan to spend time shopping.

We hop off from our bus on the other end of Nowy Swiat and then started to walk towards Old Town. There are so many attractions on your way, that this street is a must visit while you are in Warsaw. Dozens of restaurants, bars, shops etc. on your way. Of course not the cheapest part of Warsaw, but on... More

We needed to walk this street each time we ventured from our hotel to the Old Town. Lots and lots of cafes, restaurants, shops, etc. Gets pretty crowded but a lovely place to enjoy!

I stayed at the very stret during my stay at Warsaw. Felt very safe. During Sundays they close the road to cars and you get a chance to stroll carefree and visit the multiple restaurants

Nowy Swiat is a busy tourist attraction, full of coffee bars, book shops, students, restaurants and fashion shops. It's an easy walk from most of the hotels in the centre of Warsaw and, if the weather is ok, a pleasant walk about an hour or so, towards the Old Town, along Krakowskie Przedmiescie , past Warsaw University, some interesting churches ,...
