Essential part of any trip to Warsaw, lots to see with a great selection of bars and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the escalators with a small selection of photos showing the reconstruction of Warsaw after the war. Be sure to check it out.

An elegant historical era. Always worth a visit for the many sights, it was rebuilt from the ground up after the Second World War. It's a testament to Polish pride how lovingly they have restored the Royal Palace and Old Town buildings. I would strongly recommend visiting the Uprising Museum to learn incredible tales from Poland's history, and see the... More

The old city is a nice place to walk around. The city put a lot of effort to reconstruct the city that they lost. This is the meeting point for the free walking tours too.

Nothing really stands out apart from the bugler who was in a window. Buildings were ornate old world sytle but i expected that as its in the "Old Town"

One of the most overcrowded places in Warsaw, and there is a reason for that. It has a special aura !

The square was always bustling with people, even in the cold winter. In the evening there was a very festive feel to it.

I loved this place because there is a lot of history and charming! I visited there in the new year with my boyfriend and both of us really recommend.

Warsaw is one of the most attractive cities in Europe. Prices are very low making it very interesting for us with euros. You can walk around the old city discovering so many interesting places in such a short distance. Museums, castles, churches, museums... If you are like me who enjoys history, art and culture you will be delighted to visit.
