A transfer point and a fairly large square with a church. as 1 review noted, this is a place where trams run in different directions of Warsaw and I know that it is also a place where a lot of people live and rent. The place may not be that great, but it reminds you of the difficult history of Warsaw through monuments and this church that is not fully repaired to be a testimony to the damage that Warsaw suffered during the bombing and the entire war.

This is a historically important site as it marked the city border at the beginning of the 20th century. However, Today the square's main function is providing transportation - it's a tramway turning loop. There are some benches to rest on and sometimes cultural events take place here but except for that it's not really an attraction. Rather a place to see "by the way". While you're there have a look at the church across the street - it's a really interesting piece of early 20th century architecture.

Tram T is the old 1950's tram which runs a circular route through Warsaw in the summer months, all for the price of a normal tram ticket. Great fun! Go to the head stop to be sure of geting a seat!
