We chose this particular office for guided tours in Auschwitz, salt mines as well as for a walking tour in the city of Krakow. All the tour guides had a high level of professionalism and even though they were Polish, their level of Greek was more than satisfactory. The whole experience from the transfer to the tour was excellent. Very good organization and communication. Thanasis was very helpful and there was an immediate response to our communication. Transportation in the office vans was very relaxing and safe. The tour with Anna was awesome. She was very contagious with professionalism but also a strong feeling in her speech that took you along, she gave us a lot of information and historical events of the area. All office associates were very kind. Overall the Auschwitz/Birkenau concentration camp tour was a unique experience, moving and highly educational and highly recommended!

Immaculate professionalism, credibility and reliability when it comes to booking for the Auschwitz tour. All the best for a guided tour of Auschwitz. Yvona gave us the tour of the salt mine and Anna of Auschwitz.
They were both excellent.
Anna in particular was riveting in the way she described what we were seeing and learning about the camp.
