We were at the counter ready to buy 1000 Euros worth of crystal vases. The counter cash manager was SO RUDE, SO UNFRIENDLY AND SO HORRIBLE that we walked away. Would not even look at us like we were 2nd class. Crystal vases were very few. Shocked at the behavior. She wanted us out. The Ukrainian assistant was very friendly and nice but did not know the answers. The do not provide Tax Free and also don’t pack and don’t ship to USA or UK. So rude that they lost a big sale and still did not bother to apologize. Useless, waste of time.
