- EvitaRed22 contributionsVery nice experience! The museum and the guide were wonderful! You can see the history of Polish vodka as well as how it was made back then and now. At the end of the tour there was a vodka tasting ! The gift shop also was full of souvenirs in very good prices. Definitely recommended!Visited February 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten August 24, 2024
- Robert D5,465 contributionsAt the Polish Vodka Museum, you can learn all about Polish vodka. See the collection of historic and interesting vodka bottles. At the end, you can taste four vodkas. The name vodka comes from the Polish word "Woda", which means "water". As they say in Poland, Na Zdrowie!Visited July 2024Traveled soloWritten August 20, 2024
- Nikos VRethymnon, Greece2 contributionsExcellent museum with the history of Polish vodka which dates from the 15th-16th century to the present day. The guide Natasha, explained to us in a simple way the stages of processing and production of vodka and at the end there is also a tasting with 4 different bottles of vodka!! Beautiful experience, I highly recommend it.Visited November 2024Traveled soloWritten November 23, 2024
- Agnieszka J5 contributionsI went to the Museum of Polish Wódka with my friend when we were visiting Warsaw. I personally don’t drink, but the experience was great. Out tour guide was Julia, and she is absolutely brilliant. She made the tour very interesting, engaging and have a great sense of humour. We’ve started the tour by watching short clip in the cute cinema , of how the company was established. We than moved to history part and how vodka was discovered, how it’s made and finally to the tasting. Whole tour was very interactive. We finished the tour with the cocktails on the roof top bar. I would really recommend to visit this place. Its a great fun, and piece of Polish history and tradition.Visited June 2024Traveled with friendsWritten June 2, 2024
- Xavi R6 contributionsWe arrived 20 minutes late, and despite the delay they let us in for the guided tour we had booked. I can say that once the guided tour was over, I realized how underrated vodka was. It was a very good experience, because apart from the great detailed explanation that Piotr gave us, we were able to taste first hand some of the best vodka that Warsaw has to offer. In short, I recommend it to everyone who comes to visit this magnificent city.Visited November 2024Traveled with friendsWritten November 4, 2024
- Alex K1 contributionWe had a a great time learning about the history of Polish vodka (not vodka from Poland). Our host Kacper was an amazing host, very informative & answered all & any questions. The vodka tasting was also really nice at the end. Would highly recommend :)Visited October 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten October 1, 2024
- Tim G10 contributionsJust returned from a quick few days in Warsaw. We visited the Vodka Museum in Praga ( just across the river from The Old Town) Had a superb time with our amazing guide Piotr. Enjoyable and informative and finally a superb Vodka tasting session, we chose the Premium option, this is a worth while additional expense. Also enjoyed a walk around Praga which is nicely edgy :-) Thank you Piotr.Visited December 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten December 12, 2024
- Milly50 contributionsReally enjoyed this and learnt a lot about the history of vodka in Poland as well as some Polish customs surrounding the drink! Marta was informative and funny - a great host. The tasting was good value and enjoyable. We went for the 4 tasting options and recieved 15ml of eachVisited February 2025Traveled as a coupleWritten February 20, 2025

Far too expensive. It was compulsory to have a tour, and the price was the same,
although you might not want st taste. The guide was German and spoke very fast and rather unintelligible English. Clearly it was very commercial and they live on the fact that you think you are going to a vodka museum when you are in Poland.
It is a pity that it is not possible to go around and see the exhibition at your own pace for a significantly lower price without having to taste. Because the history of vodka production is actually quite interesting.
And for the tasting four vodkas were selected which tasted very similar.
Absolutely cannot be recommended.
And when you compare with the price level at other museums, it is completely out of scale.

This is a very uninteresting and informative museum, at least if you don't mind paying for the guided tour and subsequent tasting. The tour was around one hour and twenty minutes and our guide worked hard to explain things, some of them quite technical. The guide's accent was a bit hard to follow, and I think a slower pace of delivery and more depth rather than breadth would have been a good idea.

Firstly the tour was great and the tour guide was friendly, I found it very interesting even if it was a little rushed through what is a small museum. However the staff at the entrance when we tried to book the tour essentially told us off for not booking in advance.. Even though there was plenty of space, chastising your customers isn't good service.

Tour was a big disappointment. The guide (Kasper) prioritized a large amount of information, which meant that he spoke at a very high pace. This meant that we only understood 50% of his words and his otherwise well-intentioned speech became flat and uninteresting

This is quite an average museum at best. Don't expect to see much from the old distillery. Instead you get some modern visualisation techniques. The museum is also awkwardly caught in between having to book a guided tour and developing an interactive experience. These two clash on the day as you get half an experience in both.
The vodka bottle collection is a highlight and the only thing that stood out. This was followed by a vodka tasting and while enjoyable, very limited in terms of guiding the experience.

Came here last week and had really enjoyable time. I booked in advance and there were only 4 other people on my tour. Firstly we watched a film, then went through to an exhibition area to learn about the history of Polish vodka and how it is made, after which we moved on to the museum with lots of very interesting bottles. Finally it was the vodka tasting! I had paid for the premium experience (which included 4 shots of vodka - after which I received a certificate!) Good value for money as the whole tour and vodka tasting lasts about an hour and cost approximately only £10. My guide was extremely knowledgeable and made the experience very enjoyable.

Really cool exhibits and interior spaces in a historic building. Our guide Agnes was very informative, friendly and professional as she took us through the exhibits and led our tasting. Even if vodka is not your favorite beverage, this is a really interesting way to learn about Polish history and the role vodka plays in it, from the medieval ages through communism to the present day. The bar upstairs also had really creative and tasty cocktails at the conclusion of the tour. Highly recommended!

In May, when visiting Warsaw, we decided to visit the Polish vodka museum and did not regret it. The tour through the museum is very nice, everything is supported by technology, therefore, the whole presentation is very interactive and attractive. The museum tour was followed by vodka tasting. We could choose between 3 or 4 vodka samples when making a reservation, and we decided on 3. At the end of the tour, we visited a rooftop bar and ordered vodka cocktails. The staff was very helpful and the cocktails were amazing. We would recommend booking in advance.

We had a short weekend trip to Warsaw with colleagues (24 people) and I booked the Night Tour for us. Even we all had a long day and everyone was tired before the tour already, we all loved the Vodka museum. Our guide (Kaspar? Kasper?) was great, attractive and professional. Museum was interesting, modern and well planned. Tasting was very well organized and changed our minds about vodka (in a good way). Our guide could answer all the questions about vodka and even gave me great advise where to go for drinks and dancing after the tour. We tried other places later but place he suggested really was the best. Everything was perfect!
Just please note that souvenir shop is closing at 21.00. But we were informed about that and could buy something shortly before the tour.

Worst experience ever! We booked a tour at the museum and were rejected because we had a few beers and were met with a breathalyzer. She told us they had VIP guests and didn’t want drunk people on the tour. We were not drunk at All! They didn’t want to refund our money.

Can we bring our kids aged 7 and 13 with us and would we need to book a ticket for them ?
Written January 24, 2025
On our tour there were two children (one under 10 and one a teenager) and although I would say it wouldn't be the most entertaining fir children (especially the tasting part), there were some interactive games along the way they might like.

Is it possible to buy tickets on arrival for an English tour or do you need to purchase them in advance?

Hi you can buy tickets on arrival. We do suggest to book online as certain times may be busy. Each English language tour starts 40 minutes past the full hour.
