Avoid. The per default makes you pay in your own currency even if you ask to pay in PLN with a mark up of 11%
Busses runs randomly and expect to wait 30 min outside bus schedule. Guidevoice does not match the route so left side is right etc. or you have passed it already or will pass in 5 min. Many seats have broken plug in for your headphones.
Walk instead or take local buses. A lot cheaper and nicer.

I’m writing this waiting for a hop-on bus near the Chopin museum. It’s now 17.04 and the bus was due at 16.24! This is not a hop-on service as the buses are too infrequent to be called that and seem to suffer from either congested roads or poor timekeeping (I suspect the latter as I don’t see traffic is that bad in Warsaw). If you have the Warsaw Pass use it first thing (services start around 10am in Summer from Palace of Culture) but after that don’t bother.

Six of us waited for the bus at the sign near the Central Station/Marriott stop. The only reason we caught the bus (Yellow line) is that he got stopped at a light. He told us that the bus stop was two blocks further (no sign there). About half the time all we could hear through the earphones was static. We asked the driver if he could help fix the problem, but said he didn’t understand. He was very rude, but his English was much better when he wanted payment. The bus ran 15-30 minutes late. We got off the bus at the Holiday Inn stop.
The next day we tried to catch the bus at the same place where we got off. After waiting for an hour the hotel called the bus company and the lady said it was our mistake because we were waiting at the wrong stop.
I’m canceling payment on my credit card. I’ve used this service in many cities, but our experience in Warsaw was horrible. Avoid this bus like the plague.

nice and quick way to sightseeing city. In december is very cold i n Warsaw so thats was be a good choice to see more than walking and christmas decorations are make mood what we like

Save your money and simply walk down to Old Town and join one of the many free walking tours. I signed up and waited at the location for over 2 hours and never saw them although later in the day did see them - but not on the stops at the time where they were supposed to be. Have been on the Hop on/Hop off tour in other parts of the world and it was wonderful - do NOT recommend this city tour with this company.

So disappointed...particularly compared to others all over the world! Only 3 per day. Late. Very poor information given throughout - not at appropriate time, no history or background or scene setting. Not worth the bother!

First used City Sightseeing in Amsterdam and it was rubbish - listening to the audio and it would cut out at the most interesting bits.
This time tried them in Warsaw and it was even worse! We took a taxi over to the main stop and it was only then that we learned that schedule timings were changed due to something happening in the city - no email or any kind of notification from City Sightseeing prior to that. We waited at the stop for a good 30 mins post the scheduled time and no sign of a bus! Took a taxi to their next stop, waited there and still nothing...and so we did for about 4 or 5 times, until we were too hungry to go on like that! We saw more busses of a local sightseeing company than city sightseeing itself.
We spent more money on taxi fares than what we had paid for the bus tickets only to avail the tour and get to know more about the city.
Wasted a whole day and a considerable amount of cash on them - definitely not using them again or recommending them.

I purchased the Warsaw Pass to enable me to use the Hop on Hop off Bus to get to and from some of the attractions it provides. The bus is not frequent or reliable enough to make the Pass worth purchasing in my view.
