As every Saturday we we had an appointment with my wife for particular masseuses. After arrival the lady at reception informed us that that the ladies will take appointment with someone else who is frequent customer.
Visiting this place on average once a week over last 2,5 years we asked ourselves who are we then?
There were no apologies just silly comments about the other absent lady who made the reservation.
My experience was ok - not as with my frequent masseuse however my wife’s below expectations.
The receptionist was not interested at all in our experience after the appointment.
It’s time to move to a different place where the staff understands customers value.

Inspired by the high ratings here, I booked 2 hrs Massage. Choice of either back or feet for 2nd hour. Altogether friendly busy place, professional massage in those typical cubicles simply curtained off from each other, therefore somewhat limited privacy. Mostly rather quick strokes with multiple repetitions. Overall, routine rather than real engagement. Nothing really special. Maybe the other staff are better? Will not go back.

Thai Mai is a great place, I spent lovely time with my daughter (her first massage ever!). Eve an Ani were kind and sweet. The place is clean and cozy. Pure pleasure.

I booked via email two massages/day (two people), two hours each massage, two consecutive days. I received a price of 229/massage/person which I accepted. After having the massage in the first day, I was communicated a higher price (300 instead of 229/massage). I showed the email and finally I got the initial price. Next day I got back and I was told that, despite of the fact that I had the email confirmation for 229/massage, I would have to pay 300. I refused and I was told that the email received was a mistake and the lady who sent it to me gave me the price for 1.5 instead of 2 hour massage. Long story short I was told that the price is 300, take it or leave it! We decided to leave without having the massage. After such bad experienced we decided to go to another similar thai center. I mention that I have on my email the entire correspondence.

Very pretty Place with nice staff. Very good thaimassage and aroma thaimassage(oil). Seemed very popular. Can recommend absolute! Good to call before to book massage

Professional Massage in a nice atmosphere. My masseuse Bua was very nice and did a good Job.
No 5 stars because they are offering a 20% Discounter for first time visitor on their homepage. Although the girl of the reception asked me about this, she did not offer me the discount. I just saw this option later on the Homepage.
