This was the most beautiful form of entertainment I have experienced in a while. Absolutely magical performance. Piotr Nowak played for us last night and he has tremendous talent - I was astounded. Also mind boggling to think of the genius Chopin must have possessed to be able to compose such music. Highly recommend. I wish I could attend another performance during my stay.

Oh, and though I believe you can walk in and buy a ticket just prior to the performance, I recommend booking here because then they reserve you a seat. We were in the third row on the pianist’s side, so we had a perfect view of his hands on the piano.

Chopin Point is a fantastic venue with a very homely set up for the concert. The woman running the establishment is incredibly friendly and has everything well organised. A lovely glass of polish mead (or apple juice for non-drinkers) was available upon arrival free-of-charge and we were shown to our seats without hassle.

The concert itself was beautifully performed by a very talented pianist. We enjoyed experiencing Chopin's music in his home city in this way, and would return again for a concert at some point in the future!

It is an unusual experience for ordinary tourists, to witness the live piano concerto in great surroundings. And more so, if it is the music by the world's greatness - Chopin. Charming set-up next to the Royal Castle, cosy hall, great instrument, great musicians, boundlessly friendly and accommodating staff. And it will not ruin you!

And yes, at the intermission, they will treat you with the Polish mead, a mildly alcoholic drink. Small glasses, no worries.

The aspiring Polish pianist Edwin Szwajkowskj played a great recital of Chopin's mazurkas and the better known preludes. Wonderful performance. Programme and artist probably changing regularly. Next time we shall reserve for two afternoons . It's probably the only such concert venue in the Old City. Just a great event.Thank you.

You will need to book as it's busy and it's not a large venue. You get some lovely free drinks and they are generous.

I had a night alone in Warsaw, so I thought I’d go for this. Now, I’m 38 and a dude who mostly enjoys drinking beer. But this was a fantastic experience. By booking in advance, I got the second row (which makes a huge difference!). To see the fingers of the young artist mr Novak was incredible. And the music... My music taste so far has been the likes of Coldplay. Or Metallica. Chopin now has to make my Spotify playlist. The best 15€ you’ll spend in Warsaw no doubt. But book in advance, otherwise you’ll end up way back and the experience is completely different (I guess).

This is a small venue, restaurant by day, with only about 70 seats, thus offering a very intimate experience. It is a very short walk from Castle Square, being set on a corner
about 100 yards to the right of the theatre. The delightful lady proprietor offers a very warm, personal welcome and complimentary glass of mead or apple juice. Piotr, our pianist, was amazingly skilled and really brought out the emotion and beauty of Chopin’s compositions so in tune with the true spirit of Poland. One can understand why the German occupiers banned the playing of his music in WW2. The concert lasts a pleasant hour and starts at 7 p.m. We went afterwards to nearby Portretowa Restaurant (which I would strongly recommend as another truly Polish experience). As we weren’t quite sure of the way, our hostess’s husband very kindly guided us the 300 yards. A truly memorable experience at a reasonable price! On no account miss it!

Thank you for your description, we are so happy to be part of your memory from Warsaw. During the day you can sit for a quite moment to drink coffee and try our home made cakes. But all the time the most important are concerts and our outstanding pianists performing Chopin's pieces. Hope to see you again. Barbara

Not to be missed! This was a major highlight of our trip to Warsaw. These daily all-Chopin recitals are performed in a setting similar to the salons where Chopin performed. The extensive and challenging program performed by Alessandra Bobrowska was one of the best recitals we have ever heard. It showcased both her incredible technical skills and her warmth for the beautiful music she performed. The intimate setting made it a thrilling experience. The performer also gave interesting background about Chopin and the pieces she performed which enhanced the whole experience. We wish Ms.Bobrowska all the best at the upcoming Chopin competition. Bravo!!!
