- JoannaPoznan, Poland1 contributionKameralne, urokliwe miejsce. Cozy and charmingKameralne, urocze i urokliwe miejsce. Small, cozy and charming place with friendly staff. Not only for girls who love doll houses. The whole family, including a choosy teenager, enjoyed the visit. You may see what's there and leave, or take it slow enjoying every detail, every tiny element - the choice is yours. Temporary exhibitions are another bonus.Visited February 2020Written May 4, 2020
- Aleksandra P4 contributionsAbsolutely magical place. Must-see when in Warsaw!I visited the museum because of business reason but I had a chance to visit the exhibition as well. Now I wish I had more time to enjoy the beautiful display of master-piece doll houses! The collection is really impressive and it allows you go back in time not just to the period of doll playing. The houses represent different historical periods so you can actually feel like a doll took over your grand-grandma's living room. At least that the feeling I got and I know I have to bring my parents there. Great place!Visited January 2020Written February 5, 2020
- Jennifer, UK53 contributionsDarling little museumI had limited leisure time in Warsaw and definitely chose wisely. I was wide-eyed walking round this darling little museum and photographed pretty much everything. Such an amazing collection with a million details to take in. Breathtaking really. The adults seemed to be far more excited and engaged than the children during my visit. Super-friendly service and excellent value for money on top. Highly recommended. V close to the main station too.Visited March 2020Written April 24, 2020
- JQcreationsRethymnon, Greece333 contributionsWait for the permanent exhibition to reopenThis is a temp exhibition of the original museum. So it's rather tiny and with limited exhibits. It is just a small small room. If you plan to visit Warsaw again wait for the renovation of the original one. The price it's just 12pln but still.... It should be free till the original opens up.... If again you don't plan to return to Warsaw give it a try since it's interesting to see such old toys in perfect condition....Visited November 2021Traveled as a coupleWritten November 7, 2021
- Justina PVilnius, Lithuania177 contributionsLovelyIt was lovely to see all the dollhouses and we really enjoyed reading some Polish fairy-tales there as well. It was very useful to read the one about the mermaid, as it explained why we saw so many mermaids in Warsaw. Also the special entrance is a very nice touch for the beginningVisited January 2020Written February 3, 2020
- Mel S45 contributionsPleasant SurpriseI was dragged kicking and screaming to this attraction and guess what? I really liked it. Having gone to the top of the Palace Of Culture & Science to take some awesome panoramic shots of Warsaw, my friend suggested we visit the Dollhouse Museum, housed within this complex. To please her, I went. It was charming. There are a variety of personally made dollhouses on display with different themes such as homes, specific rooms in homes, first aid facilities, schoolrooms, etc. The attention to detail is amazing. The collection spans decades and takes about 1 hour to see. Equally delightful is watching the children's reactions to the displays. My favourite: the Rat School.Visited September 2019Written October 17, 2019

- Natalia SWarwickshire, United Kingdom199 contributionsSo many beautiful doll houses that I only wish I could have!I found out about this museum through tripadvisor and thought I will have a look as it has very good reviews. This museum did not disappoint! Very interesting look into all of the different houses and toys of the different years. They is also an interesting section on folk stories and a separate area for doll houses and toys regarding religions. The entrance into the museum was done in a really imaginative way. It isn’t the easiest to get to, but there are signs within the Palace of Science and Culture (and helpful workers) that point you in the right direction. I will definitely recommend this museum to others as it suits all ages.Visited February 2019Traveled soloWritten February 11, 2019

The variety of the dollhouses in the museum is so unique, so anyone can relate to it. This is a very special museum, and in approximately 1 hour you can see it all.Visited July 2018Traveled as a coupleWritten July 23, 2018

First of all, this place was not easy to find. If entertaining from the front of the building (where the giant banner is hanging) you need to go in, then downstairs, straight past the coat check, then outside and around the corner to enter their doors.
Lots of unique doll houses and dolls set up. You will likely only need 30 minutes to check everything out. Staff were friendly.
