I had a great day and wonderful experience!
Don't forget to bring towels and flip flops.
The food in the restaurant was bad.

Cameras in bathrooms, including over changing rooms. No benches to sit on while changing shoes behind the cash registers.
No big clock in the main hall. To find out what's time we went out to the outdoor pools.
Not recommended.

Very disgraceful policy of separate lines for people who have been vaccinated using one of the three brands of vaccine (they don't accept others) and all other. Staff asking for medical certificates that even my insurance doesn't have access to. If you don't show it you have to use another longer line as penalty. Eventually they let you in after half an hour wait.

This must be the worst thermal bats in the world.

Terrible management, glorifying vaccination and not letting people with no vaccine in, breaking human rights. Should be shut down, fined and given to more intelligent management.

We paid to stay in the sauna 1h15 but no one told us that the time included also the post sauna shower.
No one informed us that we had to go to the sauna naked (another reason why we waisted time).
The staff is not very friendly and even if it seems that they speak English, they don't really understand you !

We visited in March so out of season so quite quiet. Be prepared before you go. We came from UK and bought swim wear. Fine if you want to swim but if using sauna you are not allowed to wear and just need a towel. Luckily we were in apartment and took towels as could not see anywhere you could hire. Be warned you can’t wear swimsuits or trunks !
Everyone goes in all saunas, steam rooms and plunge pools naked. As a female I rebelled and wore a towel. Saying that rooms have low lighting and lovely music so very relaxing but as a Brit find it a bit concerting sitting surrounded by nude males.
Advise you take flip flops and a bottle of water. Bought 3 hr ticket and had 1 hr free but 2 hours are ample. and we swam first. Very unique experience and would go again better prepared

Amazing experience. You will be asked to remove your swimwear when you get into the sauna area. You need a towel and flip flops. Clean and well presented. Wrist fobs are used to enter, use for lockers, entering sauna, buying drinks in the sauna area. We bought 3 hours and it was about the right length of time. Really really cheap.

Visited with friends to use the sauna facilities within the pool. Strict no bathing suit policy which is fair as a cultural policy, but the whole place was male dominated, not female friendly, and was even aggressive at times. Did not feel safe as a female and the staff had no appreciation or understanding.

The pools were fun but disappointed by the whole experience.

Today the children section was closed off for maintenance reasons. Many families with children very disappointed. Asking for an explanation was a problem for them. And they threated us very impolite. We are guest but it did not like that

Good place to visit, plenty to do, very large, God spas, slides, overlooks the lake, so pleasant setting. Pay by the hour, Just wasnt very clear to us when the hour starts, bit unfair it starts as of payment so you don't get a full hour in the pools, ends from time you leave changing rooms.
