This is just an average botanical garden as far as botanical gardens go, but it is still nice. We spent about an hour walking around admiring the different areas. There were lots of elevation changes with ponds scattered throughout. We had expected to see more...More

Walking through the garden is like walking through someone's somewhat disorganised backyard. There was no way of seeing the garden without criss-crossing and retracing your steps. There were lots of bare patches or what appears to be ground under repair. It needs better planning. Perhaps...More

The Cosmos tour guide Anna said that Poland is the greenest country in Europe and with gardens like these it is no wonder why. The gardens are a welcome relief for workers after a busy day

September is probably not the best time to see a botanical garden but it was still very lovely. The flora is very pretty and the garden is very peaceful and unhurried.

When on your way to see the staggering amount of plants in the Palmiarnia, you can also admire what is outside, a finely kept garden. Flowers blooming, hedges nicely trimmed. A truly relaxing stroll.

I was only there a short while but the gardens are very peaceful. Perfect for taking a book and a picnic during time off.

An impressive collection of plants, namely cycads and cactaceae, with old and large plants that are not commonly seen. Reasonably maintained.

The garden is a very beautiful place, ideal for a romantic walk. Very nice alpinarium and gazebos in which you can hide from the sun. I will visit the garden for the second time in June when most flowers bloom.

I don't remember if it has a visitor's shop but it is part of the university. I expect the garden is used for research purposes. So they should have seeds which may be available. But you'll have to check with the relevant... More
