The building is very nice to take a photo of and it also is a great place to see a panorama of the city. Definitely worth going to.

It's a nice place to get known the history of the water pipes etc in Bydgoszcz. Don't speak English there. But have some movies in English.

Interesting architecture, with city view. Surrounded by park that could be better kept. Something is missing its ok but nothing special.
