The museum is owned by Bydgoszcz University and consists of an archive and 2 rooms. I was shown round by someone who spoke good English, and who had a pleasant manner. I was very interested in a room made out of perspex, where diplomatic negotiations took place. Everything in the room was perspex to establish that there were no bugging... More
