We used SeeWroclaw to provide transportation for us to Stalag 3 Muzeum in Żagań. Bartłomiej showed up early to pick us up from our hotel in a very clean, nice van for the 4 of us, we had requested a larger vehicle.
He waited for us and then drove us out to some locations on the Muzeum property.
It was a wonderful experience and Bartłomiej was a great driver and very kind to us.
Would highly recommend this company.

Driver/guide was very pleasant and trip was good for the most part. However time was wasted as tickets were not purchased ahead of time and driver had to stand in line to purchase tickets for the castle tour while we waited. We toured the castle on our own but there were not enough audio guides therefore we had to share. Castle was confusing and we got lost a number of times. We arrived late for the underground tour and had to wait for next one. Not a big deal but it seemed like it could have been timed better. We enjoyed the day but would have appreciated more organization as well as more commentary as we drove through the different villages and past notable sites.

We decided at 8pm that we wanted to go and visit Auschwitz the next day. We knew that it was highly unlikely as it was probably too short notice but around half an hour later we received a phone call to confirm our booking for 8:20 the next morning. This truly made our day as we really did not think we could get onto a trip that easily when we decided at such last minute. The next morning we waited outside our hotel and Thomas (not sure if that is the correct spelling) met us at the door and took us to the spacious and very clean mini bus. There were also bottles of water and food provided which was fantastic and a really nice touch. We shared the mini bus with another couple and Thomas made sure we were all comfortable and that all our needs were met. On the way there he told us facts about various location as we drove past. The trip down was actually a lot shorter than I expected and it was a relaxing journey. When we arrived Thomas made sure we knew where to go and where he would meet us afterwards and directed us to the correct group. The other couple on our mini bus were Italian and we are English so we were obviously in different groups but Thomas still made sure we were all sorted and put into the correct groups and put in effort to make sure it was stress free and organised for all of us. The tour itself was great and very moving. Waiting outside Birkenau I had more of a chance to chat to our driver and he was genuinely a lovely person. Afterwards he drove us back to Wroclaw directly to our hotel door. It was one of our best days from our trip and we would definitely recommend this company.

This was an excellent tour. Well organised and in Bartek we had a very engaging and informative tour guide. He is extremely knowledgeable and really added value to the tour.

There was so much to explore in the 8 hours yet we never felt rushed.

We would certainly use this company again in the future.

We planned to do this trip in a really short time, planning it on Sunday evening and the agency managed to organize everything for Monday morning.
Our driver, Jarek, picked up in the morning from our hotel, and took us to Auschwitz and Birkenau camps, where an excellent guide gave us a very interesting but horrifying history lesson.
You can see there the concentration camps, the accomodation, the crematorium, personal objects of people who were brought there. Pictures are allowed but not everywhere

This tour is a must see for everyone, it's an experience you shouldn't miss, even if you'll go from there heartbroken.

I truly recommend Seewroclaw as your travel agency!

Just back from our trip to Poland - Auschwitz - Birkenau was the main reason for our journey and Day Tours made the journey - we booked late and the did everything to accommodate us - our Driver / Guide - Bart was fantastic and knowledgeable and was so prepared he even had coins ready for us to use the bathroom facilities- well worth the price - would recommend them highly and would use their services again without hesitation

Arranged tour only the day before. Picked up by Martin, English speaking tour guide & driver........very helpful and friendly young man. Church of Peace in Swidnica was our first stop...........totally amazing even if you're not into churches - a must see. 2nd stop was Ksiaz Castle, again amazing......and what a view across the countryside of the local area. 3rd visit was to Complex Osowka and definitely a must, but do be warned not suitable for young children or anyone with any mobility issues. All round excellent day out

A fantastic experience from start to finish, our driver and all around great guy Bartek took very good care of us for the whole tour. I was travelling solo staying at a hostel close to the city centre in Wroclaw and Bartek picked me up right from the door. The tour visits both Auschwitz Camp 1 and Auschwitz Camp 2 - Birkenau Camp. Upon arrival Bartek took us to the meeting point for the group tours, got us all set up and we went in almost immediately. We did not have to wait in line which upon our arrival had about ~150 people, We entered into Auschwitz Camp 1 and did a fantastic guided tour, you're given a head set so even if you're in a small space and can't see you're guide you can hear them. First part was roughly 1.5 - 2 hours, followed by a short break as we drove from Camp 1 to Camp 2. In this time a snack was provided by the company, than we toured Camp 2. That was another 1.5 - 2 Hours.

If you're hesitant about booking this tour due to the distance please don't be, this tour is 100% worth it and with Day Tours you are in great hands. Our Driver Bartek went above and beyond with his Hospitality, he was recommending restaurants, even going as far as to help book them for the other guests in my tour. He helped me understand a few Polish words I was having trouble with and even helped me figure out what to do in the evening.

5 Stars all day.

This tour was well worth the money and time. To walk through such hallowed ground was a not only an emotional experience but educational. I learned so much.I found this company through Trip Advisor and read reviews. I booked it and whenever I emailed with a question or concerns they were extremely responsive. I would highly suggest this tour - we actually took the train from Augsburg through Dresden to Wroclaw to see Auschwitz. A two day side trip which I would recommend and do again in a heart beat.
