Interesting “memorial” to the animals in the former butchers alley. Sculptures represent the different animals you could find here. You can catch some people posing on the larger sculptures.

Cute looking statuettes of animals in an alley, where once they were butchered and sold for human consumption. Perhaps the intention of the sculptors was to turn carnivorous humans into vegetarians. Rather difficult to achieve in meat loving Poland. Anyway nice for the children to...More

This is a nice idea to give a "memorial" to those animals who are our daily consumtion. Almost everybody who pass by makes photos of it.

Our tour briefly stopped here for some picture-taking. Our guide informed us that this place used to be where animals were slaughtered and is now a tourist attraction! Feeling thankful that they had preserved this building and made the statues of some animals.
