Micheal is a very knowledgeable and speaks excellent English. He was very amicable to add the Protestant Church to the end of the tour. We truly enjoyed a meal with him to continue the discussion on the Ksaiz Castle and Project Riese. It is a full day event. The Restrauracja at the ticket office serves outstanding traditional Polish meals with large portions.…

Great tour! Our tour operator Michal was very knowledgeable about the history of Wroclaw. It made for an interesting learning experience as we were strolling on these three-wheeled scooters which were easy to ride and lots of fun! He customized our trip and even allowed for extra time so that we could watch a sprinkler show at the Centennial Hall. He was able to answer all our questions and showed us parts of Wroclaw that we would not have known existed. Highly recommend this tour!…

What a great tour! The tour guide was amazing and showed us Breslau in its beauty. This is a must if you want to have a lot of fun and get to know the city. The address has no sign! Therefore just wait till your guide comes to the place.

We had booked this as a highlight in our wroclaw trip and as a way to get to know the city so we knew where things are and the history for the rest of our trip. Booked 10 days prior, payment taken and confirmation and tickets received Got up early to get to the venue in time as we weren't sure exactly where it was. When we got there, there was no sign of anyone so I called the number provided. Man on the phone said it was cancelled and should have had an email and refund from TripAdvisor, which obviously we hadn't. There was no explanation for the cancellation and when I asked if we could rearrange it was a flat no with no explanation or apology. Still no cancellation email and no notification of refund. Dissapointed as the reviews sounded great but I wouldn't waste your money.…

Dear Madam, I am very sorry for this situation. I am the Trip Advisor contractor who organises this tour. I cancelled it 2 days before the tour. It is the first time that TripAdvisor did not inform visitors that their tour is cancelled. I do not know why it did not happen. As I informed you on the phone you have to ask Trip Advisor for the refund. I do not have your money. It was charged by Trip Advisor and only Trip Advisor can do refund. If you contacted them for refund maybe you should do it again. It is a big company and some times they are late or emails go to wrong place. I also apologised you 2 times for cancelling. At the beginning and at the end of our convarsation. Reviews sound great becouse it is really good tour and I am very sorry that you could not expirience it. Best Regards, Michal Filarowski
