It wasn't my first time playing laser tag, but this place is awesome! Really nice battlefield and outstanding equipment, holding these rifles feels so good :) I can surely say this was one of my best experiences when it comes to such games. The staff is lively and the way they guide you through the training adds to the place's atmosphere. The building where it is localized is pretty hard to find though, it's inside a coutryard so you won't see it from the main street, spent some time looking for it. Anyway, I higly recommend!

Awesome fun and great value for money. Came as part of a day out with the family and had a fantastic time. Pumping Rammstien beats and snipering your friends in darkness was more fun than i could imagine. Bring the lads and it will be a day out to remember.

Came for a business team event and treated like thieves! On a budget constrain, we asked to maintain the same price agreed by phone even though we had less people (must be stressed this is the 5th time we came). That was hell! Offended by the poorest customer care ever! The guy in charge made us wait for his final decision 30 minutes. He is memorable opening line: "fist of all I don't like to come here on my free time"! On the top of that cold and disgusting pizza and warm beers. Finally, even if we offered to pay in advance, they locked us in and we could not get out regartheless the 30 degrees inside this dark hole!!! Simply unbelievable!

For over 4 years we have been hosting dozens and hundreds of company and individual events. We serviced thousands of different people whom left our centre unbeliveably satisfied, including previous groups who is commenting above from this specific company.
It is really important to us and also it is very satisfying to fullfill all our client's needs and to secure they are having the most of fun and leave satisfied as well.
In this case we feel deeply disappointed, disgusted and treated disrespectfully by this event’s organizers behavior.
Whole event had been negotiated nearly two weeks before it took place. We treated this order really seriously and set a higher priority. We did our best taking care of many additional attractions and services especially for this customer.
Approximately 30 minutes before the event, one of organizers called us and told us, that there will be less people coming down so they want to renegotiate the whole price and lower it significantly, cutting some of attractions which were provided especially for them. We have to mention, we have already done it for them before, but that time we were notified few days before the event and could recalculate everything with easily but we can not do it early minutes before the whole thing. Not to mentions we had many additional expenses securing these extra services that needed to be covered.
We have to underline that the whole party was 40 minutes late for the event, so that is rather not a surprise that if the pizza arrived here on time it would have gotten rather cold by that time.
We informed couple of times (just as previous times) that the only way to pay available is a bank transfer or to pay by cash, yet the organizers paid a fraction of the cost by cash and literally forced us to find a way to allow them to pay with a credit card. We have never had problems like that before with this company. One of our employees found a way to allow their credit card payment using his personal paypal account.
On a regular basis we ask the companies to leave a cash deposit prior to their reservation, this was not the case because we never had problems with this specific company and our experience with this company was rather positive. We decided to skip this step taking under consideration that we had few previous bookings by this company and there were never any troubles regarding payments.
Sadly we were not treated professionally and respectfully by the organizers, who stated that they have not paid anything yet so they are free to leave at any time without paying for anything, leaving us with 20 pizzas and other costs uncovered, not to mention we could not have any other reservation for that 5 hours booked by them.
We felt cheated and were forced to accept these new conditions imposed in a very impolite way, however, the atmosphere was already broken and the other participants lost good mood.
In respect to this company we will not reveal its name. We never expected such a behavior on behalf of employees of such respected world-wide company. The organizers should rethink their attitude and behavior towards our employees and others giving any service to them, pointing out arrogance and lack of propriety on our side is just inappropriate in this case.

We came here for a company activity, we made a reservation but at the end we were less, he wanted us to pay more than what agreed upon which could even be fine but the attitude was really unbelievable, the people are unfriendly, arrogant, aggressive and only once we started to leave they then decided to agree on the price. Not a nice experience, no skills in dealing with customers, they will ruin the atmosphere of your event.

We went there, as a part of team integration (new job). Everybody had a lot of fun. Host did explain everything, how to play, how to use guns, etc.

I was there with my friends (Erasmus) and service of this place was terrible. This is not problem for me that the gray-haired man spoke English poorly (my English isn't perfect too), but he dosn't explained every rules of the game, and don't give us full instruction of using pistols. So, most of the time in Kwatera Glowna (for which we paid) we wasted on blindly clicking buttons on rifles :/ The most part of this game is that the equipment break down very often ;/ The serviceman of Kwatera Glowna took the full price from me. We paid a lot of money for learning the broken equipment :/ never again

Headquarters is not a corporation either an international company but it is a local company, acting in the Wroclaw’s region and mainly for local clients, thus the communication in languages other than Polish is our "tip of the hat" to the client. We don’t employ the polyglots nor masters of the English language, but the first time it's happened that someone's complained about the difficulty in understanding the instruction given by the service guide. Before the game all equipment is always checked for efficiency, so we are sure that all sets functioned properly. Each group is specifically trained in the field of safety and handling with the weapons (pistols), but in fact it happens that some people don’t understand all things about how to operate. However, our experience shows that this is often the result of not listening to the service guide, than of the unclear explaination of the rules. Most people think later that the equipment is damaged, if they don’t know how to operate the equipment. If you had such difficulty in understanding the principles of operation of the equipment there is not a stain on the honor going back to the service desk and ask for the reexplaination once again (even if you or he speak English poorly), instead of running around the arena without a goal and then write out such reviews on the Internet. Thank you in advance.

Friendly and helpful customer support. Great maze, great playing options - recommended for any age and mood. You will be sweaty, you will be tired, you will regret the game lasts so long, but in the end you'll be happy to come back. Recommended!

This is one of the best Laser Tag places. I have done birthday parties and Wroclaw International Church youth group events. The equipment is great and lets you switch between various types of guns like machine gun, sniper etc. The employees are very helpful and attentive and they speak English. Book ahead as they fill up.
