If you got the chance to visit several cities of Poland, you had the chance to see huge and majestic churches, full of history and prestigious design elements. This church is one of them. The building itself is free to visit, however if you want to climb to the tower, it will cost you some little money. Next to Tumski... More

This building dominates the landscape and is a lovely building from the outside. It looks stunning all lit up at night and we were lucky enough to see it from our hotel window. Inside it is huge and there are some nice glass windows but the ones in St Elizabeth's are nicer. We went up the tower (very cheap at... More

While old churches can often be dark, I found the cathedral to be dark and oppressive and found my way out almost as quickly as I found my way in.

Considering this cathedral was badly damaged during the war, the restoration is excellent and definitely worth a visit.

We just had time for a short visit but there seemed to be lots of things to study. The amount of work that must have gone into restoring all the old churches after WWII is enormous.

There are plenty of churches throughout Wroclaw, but this one is truly exceptional. It's like a beacon on top of a small incline. And one can sit inside and go into deep thought. The interior is truly fantastic. A must see
