St. Elizabeth's Church is located in the corner of the Market Square, just behind the John & Margaret house. It is a large brick church in the Gothic style, whose construction was completed in the 15th century. The high bell tower, on which it is also possible to climb, impresses on the outside. The interior with three naves is very bright but it is not that it has great reasons of artistic interest, the great baroque organ and the decorations in the apse stand out. Admission to the church is free, worth a short visit.

Nice church with great views from the top. Climbing the tower is really cheap (10 zlotys each) & definitely worth it. It’s about 290 steps but they are really high & the climb is steep…it’s definitely not a good idea if you’re claustrophobic. Also, it’s the same steps up & down.

The interior of the church is pretty enough and worth a visit.
But the views from the top of the tower are absolutely fantastic!
Cost is 15 zloty.
Watch out that the climb is by narrow spiral staircase, with people descending too, without any landings to give you a breather. I'm 61, neither a gym goer nor a couch potato, and I was panicking a bit at times.

300 steps 91 meters, we stopped and took a short rest every 30 steps. The views are indeed stunning. Spent some time on top and have a good look around, you clearly recognise Wrocław’s landmarks starting with the power station.

If you are here, you need to climb the tower to see the city. It is 300 steps on my tracker. There is a handrail and it really helps.

Not many know that except of the beautiful church itself, there's an absolutely amazing view of the whole city from the top of its tower. The way upstairs is not easy because it has hundreds steep stairs, but it's totally worth the effort. A must visit! Entrance fee is 5 zloty, and as we've noticed it's not opened on Mondays.

Only a pound to enter, excellent views over the city. I'm quite fit but even I found the 300 steps a bit of a leg ache. I would advise anyone with serious health issues, heels or heavy bags to stay in the square below and wave at your friends at the top!!

Wanted to do this to get some good pictures. Didn’t quite prepare ourselves for the climb up to the top though haha. Small, steep, narrow and windy stair case I think of 300 steps in total. (A struggle when you meet someone, not for the faint hearted) it all adds to the experience of it!! The feeling when you get to the top and see the unbelievable views just makes it even better. If you’re in Wroclaw it’s a must. It only worked out to be like £2 each to get in too!

Walking into this huge church you wouldn't think it was gutted by fire in 1976. It has since been beautifully restored. Personally I was much impressed by the magnificent stained glass windows. They are really awesome, same with some of the side altars, each telling a story. Not to be missed is the memorial on the church property to Pastor Dietrich Bonhoeffer (read up on him) a martyr to the anti-Nazi Cause. Wroclaw and much of eastern Poland was annexed at the time by Germany and went by the German name of Breslau. For a few zloties one can climb the tower which has an observation desk offering some scenic views of the city.

The church is found not far from the main square. it is right behindthe houses of Hansel & Gretel (Jaś & Małgosia).
This church is very beautiful, with splendid stained glass, a nice altar, and most of all a tower from where one can view majestic views of Wroclaw, especially the square.
