Zoo itself is really nice with lots of animals which are quite close to you. Most probably best in the zoo is Afrikanium with jubgle and huge ocean acquarium. Really recomend to visit. P.S. Take quite time to walk through whole zoo

I was there for the second time. First time in winter, so I spent most of time in Afrykarium (but I had fantastic time). It is a perfect place for a long walk during sunny day. The area is huge, so one can spend there...More

I drove there, from the centre, in about 15 minutes - it was an easy enough drive on main roads - so either a taxi or one of several buses or a tram (assuming you don't have your own car as we did!) will get you there easily... More

Wroclaw zoo was the biggest in Europe for a long time (and also long time ago).. recently they improved manyfacilieties for the tourist as for the animals which I do believe do the work for both as well!
