Visited Tourist Information, which is attached to the tower. The two girls were so helpful and were able to give us advice in Polish, German or English. The office opens really early in the morning and is packed full of both free info sheets and gifts.
They rang the Museum and arranged for us to meet Bertha, one of the Museum and Tower guides.
Their knowledge of Luban and the rest of Silesia set us up for a great few days. The visit to the Tower itself was arranged (Museum today, Tower tomorrow) with Bertha and Melini making both venues very interesting indeed. Not a great cost (bargain), but if you want to visit the underground area, that has to be arranged with the private owners.
Most helpful Information staff and guides I think I have ever met, and I used to be a walking tour guide myself!

Yes, Bracka Tower is the town's symbol.
However, if you want to learn more about Luban's history, I would recommend a visit to the Regional Museum, located in the old town.

You must see this. It is a symbol of Luban city. Localised in a city center and is a part of old town.
