I like the slope but hating the facility!
Feb 2020 • Family
You can get experience from the slope here but some places are unsafe. For visiting the first time. T-bar is too fast and hard to move to the position to catch it. Cable lift is “easier” to ride but there are two exits. Visitors have to ask others which
way to go to prevent crashing. From foot of mountain for into the station! You have to walk on a small slope with ice. Almost fall down from here.
Exit from summit is narrow and unfriendly .Full of ice and bumpy. It’s Easy to fall down from here.
To restaurant you have to go upstair. I am not sure
if it’s bad but for me it’s tiring after skiing.

Steep hill with great views!
Jan 2020 • Friends
We had a great time skiing at Harenda. Having started at Nosal and completed lessons we wanted to try somewhere else and were glad we tried Harenda. It hadn’t snowed for a few days so it was a bit slippery and icy but the instructors helped when we lost skis (lol) after falling. View from the top of the chairlift was beautiful and the lift pass and equipment rental was reasonable.
Would definitely come back.

Steep but short
Feb 2019 • Friends
People either love of hate Harenda - its a short and steep slope, where you can get some high speeds. The view on Zakopane is also super nice from there, so if you are not the best skier (or snowboarder) you can go there just for the view 😁 when I was there the weather conditions were awful (slush ice instead of snow) but other than that - I saw people enjoying it ;) For me it was taught breaking all the way down 😅

Good views and handy ski rentals and restaurants on site, but the pricing for using the slope is unreasonably high.

The worst snow I ever experienced. We went down once, and then returned our skis and went somewhere else

Great in summer! Lift to the top and mountain bike to Gubałówka!
Aug 2017 • Couples
We visited the ski area in the summer. The cable lift was 14 zloty up and down each person. You can also take you're bike with you on the lift.
On top we rented two mountainbikes, 5 zloty each person 1 hour. From the top you can cycle in half an hour to Gubałówka!
Great views on the top of this mountain and with the bicycle it was also fun and relaxing. But you need a little condition for it because it's a little down and up hill.

Harenda skiing

This was our first slope after the gentle Nosal ski area where we had lessons. I was not prepared for their "green" runs. The blue run was closed due to snow melt but they had cannoned the green, red & black runs. The smaller learner slope was taken by prebooked lessons. It's a narrow run with the 3 green runs being serviced by 3 button lifts and they all drop in on th e the ones below. It was a bit steep for my liking and the snow was very deep in some places. Coming out of the top of the runs was like a toboggan run in the afternoon as everyone had followed the same path.
A lot of lessons going on - it was 1/2 term.
Felt like I had to keep an eye on the skiiers/boarders coming down from above due to the size of the slope and the runs all funneling into basically one area for the button lifts.
Red & black runs serviced by a chair lift.
Ski hire & pass purching was simple & quick.
Restaurant was lovely, with plenty of choice and a balcony to sit out on if you chose. Seemed to be quite new.
Did take a trip to the top of the red/black run, see pics.
Our more experienced skiers thought it was ok but as with most runs in Zakopane, too short!

Lots of moulds and bumps on the slop. There is no good big restaurant there. No seating ski lift for the middle slop, only for the top one. Good area overall but someone should invest in this ski resort to improve.

Embarrassing
Feb 2016 • Friends
If 0 stars has existed I would have put it!
Worse resort I have never seen.
off course I didn't expect the same services we have In Italy, but in these condition you have to close the resort .
-grass and stones on the slope
-ice everywhere
-one slope changing from red to black depending on the steepness (??)
-disgusting equipment (I had never seen before Ski boots closing as snowboards boots)
-really expensive price comparing to the (k)meters of skiable slopes.

Really, worse experience ever.
I wouldn't go there anymore, neither for free.
!dangerous!
