If you want to see a nice panoramic view on High Tatras from Poland side I recommend to visit this place.
You can get on the top by the cable railway, a car or walk up.

At the bottom of Krupowki street there is a cable car station. In 5 minutes, you will be taken to the top of the hill Gubalovka. Beautiful views over the whole town of Zakopane and the High Tatra Mountains.

Take the tram up and down, its worth it. The view is amazing and the tram ride only takes a few minutes.
