Great help to get to the top but wait to buy tickets is very long. 3 hours on our visit but worth it.

Easy way to get on top of Kasprowy Wierch from which is the beautiful landscape of Tatra Mountains, but I definitely recommend going hike on your foot, if you can. If you can't I recommend buying tickets online or in the ticket machine, because on season, you will wait even 4-5 hours to get your tickets. If you buy up-and-down ticket, you have 1 hour on the peak, which allows you to go to Liliowe Pass or eat a dinner in a bar up there. There are quite expensive and costs 60-90 pln ($15-25) depends if it's one-way or up-and-down and if it's high season or not.

For those who do not like hiking, adventure, beautiful trials this is the easiest way to get to Kasprowy Wirch offering unforgettable panoramic views over the Tatra mountains. Please keep in mind that due to its height the temperature there is much lower and frequent strong winds make you feel really cold even in summer sunny day. This place is also good starting points for hiking the mountains.

Our favorite outdoor and hiking experience in Zakopane. Unfortunately a very long waiting line to buy tickets (2.5 hours) - and we almost did not get the last tickets) - without particularly good social distancing or use of masks. A much better option would have been to buy the tickets on-line instead.

Breathing taking views at the top of the mountain. As far as arriving to the cable car station in Kuznice, I recommend taking the minibus from Zakopane. I got a little tripped up because the minibuses were not leaving from the train station's parking lot but from across the street. Hop on a minibus that says "Kuznice" in the window. The buses seemed to be leaving regularly so you don't need to worry about timing it perfectly. A one way trip from Zakopane to the cable car station was 4 pln in August 2020. You will pay when you exit the bus. Make sure you have some coins/bills on you to pay the driver. Make your visit easier by buying tickets online for the cable car at pkl.pl. I did so and was glad I did as the long to buy tickets was long when I arrived at the cable car station. If you buy tickets online, you can just show your ticket on your phone instead of printing them. There is a cafe, snack stand, and gift shop at the top of the mountain. If you purchase the up/down ticket, you will have about 1hr40min to take in the views. This was more than enough time for me and could have probably done with only having an hour. When you are finished your visit and make your way back down with the cable car, head back to the parking lot where the minibus dropped you off. There will be a ton of minibuses heading back to Zakopane.
