One of the ‘key places’ to visit in Zakopane. Lots of restaurants and shops. However, almost all serve the same food, without meals for small children. During summer, overcrowded, so not for those looking for silence.

And way to many restaurants ripping you of with high prices, poor hygiene and bad food. The street itself is quite nice though.

Its a busy street full of people and restaurants and a place to get a drink or visit one of the many shops.

I used to travel to Zakopane when I was a child. At that time it was real mountain place. Today Zakopane, as well as it’s well known atractions, is extremely overloaded by turists, and the atmosphere, shops, people, even transport there have nothing to do...More

This was such a disappointment - a street full of shops selling tat. Having arrived from Krakow, which was lovely and clean and full of culture, we were hugely shocked by the main street in Zakopane. "What had we come to?" was our first thought....More

You could spend a whole day here, all sorts of shops, restaurants and coffee shops, with a market at the end.

A perfect place to walk around and do some shopping and find that perfect bar to sit down with a beer and watch the people walking around. You can also sit down for a meal in one of the many restaurants.

After traveling to other cities in Poland this was a bit of a disappointment. There was not much that I was interested in shopping for as it all seemed a bit tacky or just department store fair.
