The best experience!
Can not explain how good this place!
It's definitely a must! So fun and alot going on.
1st day we had an instructor called Damien, he was really helpful and taught us alot as we were new beginners , after 1 hr with Damien we was much confident.
Around the complex they have a nice bar and food to chill for breaks etc.
Would definitely re- visit !

we went during christmas day. otherwise whole day ticket ends at 8pm. anyway we had fun on the slopes. there are a 4 seater chair lift for the beginner/intermediate and a 6 seater chair lift for the intermediate/expert that brings you right up to the top where you can see two more ski slopes albeit smaller. Note that your ski pass allows the use of the 6 seater chair lift to the top. Do not miss that, even if you are not skiing from the top.
The shorter ski slope is not maintain. it was hard surfaced with ice, and NO ATTEMPT was made to use the snow machines!!! Safety is never in their mind. At the bottom of the short slope, it is always crowded. It should not be a beginner slope.
Otherwise, ski rental equipment and boots are of quality, so was the ski rental suits. But one has to be careful with the lady at the storage area. She will want to charge every single piece of item individually. Please put your clothings together in one bag. that will save a lot of storage cost.

We actually walk from the foot of Gubalowka/Krupowki to the ski centre. it took us 20 to 30 minutes.

also, by the way, the food at the canteen especially the pork chop tasted so good.

Whenever I am in Zakopane I try to make a walk on Gubałówka. You get get there for exampke chairlift Szymoszkowa. I recommend it as it is quite cheap. Return ticket 20 PLN and single 16 PLN. Views are great.

Very pricy place for just one slope. We were a family of five and We had to pay more than 100 euro for 4 hours. It says it is red, then blue, but I would rather say it is blue, then green. Very crowded, in the beginning, We had to queue for about 20 min. A lot of snow albeit mild weather, the snow machines Did a good job. The woman selling tickets should be advised to attend the course ”I work in the service sector - how to treat customers”. Go somewhere else!

Firstly, the rental prices here are great...£8 a day. Lift passes are relatively cheap too.

The biggest problem is the lifts are packed and the slopes very busy. There are two others slopes within a few hundred metres, Gubalowka and Butorowy Wierch and connecting all three would bring something akin to Oslo Winterparken to the centre of Zakopane.

I understand the slopes are privately operated, but if you could connect the slopes with two extra runs or lifts it would transform the place.

That said the lessons here were great and we did enjoy it. Conditions were great with great snow cover.

Just needed a bit more.

We had a great time at this resort. Had a very good instructor for 90 mins and then had a full day and twilight ski for the rest of the day. Granted it’s not the longest ski run but very good for family and beginner skiers.
