Big Tick on my Bucket list, Sleigh Ride in the snow. We were collected on time from our chalet by a lovely lady who was very knowledgeable. The ride was amazing with sleigh bells ringing and hot chocolate halfway. These people were polite, helpful and looked after us.

From start to finish we had excellent service. Barbara and her dad provided perfect guidance and were so friendly. The pick up right from our apartment was effortless and they chose the right time before it got too busy. A beautiful ride up through the national park and delicious apple cake at the end. We chose this activity during our stay to see more of the snowy,scenic views as well as to sample the evening as described. The whole event was very well organised, however once off the sleigh we felt that the food and entertainment as well as our transfer back to Zakopane weren’t made clear to us. This was partly due to nothing being said about transfer (until we asked) & partly due to nothing being said in English (with the only language being spoken seeming to be Polish?) This meant we felt a bit excluded from the group and therefore it would’ve been nice to maybe have a sheet in other languages about the food and entertainment if staff aren’t confident enough in their use of other languages, as as this is a tourist activity you may have many visitors who don’t speak Polish and therefore don’t feel fully included in the activities.…

Dear Sharon, I'm afraid you didn't take part in the sleigh ride that I organized. Our sleigh rides take place in the morning, refreshments are served at the mountain chalet, and the round-trip transfers are only for our guests. We had a very lovely experience during our recent trip to Zakopane. The Chocolowska sleigh ride was very magical. The trip was very organised and our sleigh driver Mr Kashmir was really nice and kind.

Had booked this for me and my boyfriend, we travelled from krakow for the day. Had communicated with Barbara before hand, she was excellent and answered all my questions! Her father collected us promptly at the time stated and brought us to the park. Our sleigh driver was brilliant and gave some great commentary during the ride! We also enjoyed a lovely apple pie and hot chocolate. Would highly recommend!…
