Would highly recommend. Firstly we got delayed due to snowy roads and the staff were so friendly and helpful sorting our booking out. The experience was just what you need after a day of snowboarding- hot bath, cold beer and surprisingly romantic. Honestly we both really enjoyed it.

A great experience and something really different. We had the romantic bath experience but swapped milk bath for beer! Sauna, Beer bath, prosecco, chocolates, towels and slippers included. It was lovely after being out in the cold all day. Would recommend to anyone looking for something different to do.

We literally booked this last minute over the New Years period, and was surprised we actually got in at short notice. Everything was great, English speaking also. Don’t be put off by anything and just dive straight in. After a couple of beers in the beer filled tub you don’t care anyways! Highly recommend

Our experience of couple bath in beer has been AMAZING. The atmosphere was so relaxing and romantic and every detail was perfect. I couldn't ask for more and I would do it again immediately!!! And the staff... impeccable!!!

I booked this spa as It had some of the best reviews on TripAdvisor and I was also very curious about bathing in beer. Things started going downhill from the moment we arrived. As it is stated on the website we should arrive 15mins before our booking.... so we did. Only to be left outside with the door locked and having to call the reception to let us in. When she finally answered she said that she is in the middle of a massage and will open the door in 5mins. 20mins later (let's please keep in mind it was snowing outside). When we finally got in we were then escorted into a toilet, given a towel each and told to get ready (no bathrobe or slippers given) when we had gotten ready for our spa experience we were put into an electric sauna for 20 minutes, here is where the wood was coming apart, and a nail sticking up where we were supposed to sit. At this point it was becoming comical. To top things up once we came out of the sauna we were made to wait for 10 mins in a cold room without refreshments while our bath was being filled. Next came the bathing in beer. This was actually pretty decent. We were left in a room for just over an hour. This room compromised of a bath filled with hot beer, a bed made of straw which was surprisingly very comfortable and a selection of 3 pints each. Next came the massage. OMG! This was the most inexperienced massage that I have ever been given. When the clietel will be coming from the ski slopes you would expect something with a little pressure. Not expecting a proper deep tissue massage but it was just someone stroking her hands up and down my body with no rhythm. To sum things up, the staff were very friendly but the experience and venue were extremely disappointing.

If you are ever in Zakopana you NEED to visit here. We went a few times on our holiday they have a beer bath, wine bath and goats milk bath. While you have your bath you can also taste local beer and wine. They have the most wonderful staff. They are very friendly and accommodating and you will feel so relaxed as soon as you enter the door. The massages are amazing. I had a 20 minute massage my first visit then went back for a longer one. You will leave feeling so relaxing and smelling incredible. Thank you so much. And we will be back next year.

We saw the pictures and needed to find out what a beer bath was. Turns out that we ended up with more of a wine bath, but it was a great experience if you’re looking for a relaxing day. There’s a sauna, then a private room with wine (or beer) to drink and a delightful jacuzzi experience. We booked at the last minute so couldn’t try the massages, but so happy we got what we did. Definitely a unique experience.

We had the Special Day spa and it was amazing. Top service, nice bath, good massage. Tasty beer on tap next to the bath and a bottle of white wine.

This is a great place to visit. You can relax in warm bath with beer, wine or milk. Enjoy with professional massage. For sure I will visit this place again.
