Well maintained and described trail highlighting Jewish heritage within the city. Good to see that City’s rich Jewish heritage is well preserved. Very good activity not only for those into history or culture.

A short walk away from the Tarnow Rynek and place of quiet and stillness. Only remains the Bimah of the original synagogue. Very sad to see that it was completely destroyed in WWII. However at least one must visit this place and feel the enormity...More

This is one of the first areas that the Jewish people were corralled and taken to the concentration camps. It is quite a historic spot and reminder of the devastation caused during wars. Very humbling experience.

This monument tells us how the Jewish population suffered from craziness of some men in the Second World War. We were just lucky to be hosted at 2mn walk. Please never forget!

Visit Tarnow to day and did the Jewish trail. Real interesting, but always sad stories during WWII. Real worth a visit. Can recommend it.

We came here to find the house where my grandmother was hidden in during the 2nd WW and ended up doing most of the Jewish trail as part of our search. There are several beautiful yet sad sites. The local council has also done a...More

Atmospheric and genuine - not tweaked for tourists. You need to read up beforehand if you are walking this without a guide as not much signage on route. Fascinating history. Old town great for strolling. Some nice bars and restaurants tucked away.
