A small but nice ski resort in Szczyrk located on a mountain slope with a mountain station at an altitude of 840 m above sea level. (not far from the upper station there is a peak called Beskid at an altitude of 860 m above sea level). Access to the top via a 6-seater sofa that can be closed with a protective glass. Beskid Sport Arena has four downhill slopes of varying difficulty with a total length of 3.2 km, as well as three ski lifts (in addition to the couch, there are also two plate lifts). There is one black route running in a straight line along the cable car marked as very difficult, there is one red route marked as difficult and there are two blue routes marked as easy. In general, all the slopes are pleasant, illuminated in the evening and intended for intermediate skiers, while the nicer ones are intended for beginners. The ski station buildings included: ticket offices, a ski school, equipment rental, a nice restaurant with a view of the slope, shoe lockers, and toilets. There is a small free parking lot in front of the station, and a paid private parking lot next to it. As for ski pass prices, they were not the cheapest this year and it was not possible to buy tickets for a few hours in the morning, in the morning you could only buy a ski pass for the whole day. A plus is the possibility of using the ski pass purchased here also at other ski stations in Szczyrk, i.e. Szczyrk Mountain Resort and COS Szczyrk (cable car to Skrzyczne). Hourly passes purchased here (4h) are valid only at this station. Overall, out of our five-day stay in Szczyrk, we spent as many as two days skiing here at this station, so that means something - it was ok. Among other things, it was due to the small number of people on the slope.

I went to Beskidzka sport arena and the arena itself is very nice however a lot of the staff are not. Quite a few of the instructors where very shouty and at the actual place there is not a lot of information. You have to dig deep into the internet to actually find it, in addition in strong weather the ski lifts stop and we nearly had to ski down these huge mountains in terrible conditions. Luckily we made it in time but if you do not know how to ski make it to the ski lifts before 15:00 because you might have some issues.

Good 6 person chair lift, very nice blue slope, bit short red, crossing the blue, good quality material all around, many cannons for the off weather, however a bit overpriced snack bar at the top station, serving a small kiełbasa and bread with a coke for 20 zł. Parking lot is a muddy disaster, free parking though. Stiff walk uphill from the parking lot. Another stiff climb up two metal stairs to get to the lift. But ok, if you go skiing, you can handle that eh :) All in all a good alternative to Szczyrk gondola station, especially on low snow days, plus the Szczyrk Go pass works here too. Recommended.

I tend to visit whenever I get a chance, as the slope is consistently well prepared. This time wasn’t different - the snow was rather hard but the slope was well groomed and skiing was seamless.
The red was closed for a tournament but black and blue served well.
The only issue is that the slopes are a bit short, but for the 4 hours ticket it is not a major problem.
I try to go there early in the morning or just after the break (less people), recommend doing the same:)

We visited BSA for night time sesions during the week. We wouldn't normally go there but because of have wind in Szczyrk Mountain Resort and all runs were closed we decided to try. As expected other people did the same move so the carparks were very busy but we still managed to find a space on the farthest parking (lable P4) and had 5-10 minut walk.

We mostly used black run, few times red one and once blue to check as this was first visit for use. The snow conditions were great and all runs well groomed. The only disadvantage about this runs is that they are wery short.

We like the idea you could buy the ticket in the machine and the counter.

Good conditions well worth a trip up this .
