We specialize in providing transport services in the standard premium and VIP from Airport in Krakow - Balice, Katowice - Pyrzowice and others. This is one of the best transfers and tour guides you can find in Krakow. We were picked up at the airport by Alicja, who was waiting for us to arrive, she was very welcoming, friendly, smiley and just the perfect host when you are miles from home. She was amazing at advising us on places/ activities to visit, places and dishes to try, what to avoid etc and gave us a very enjoyable and informative (sights) on the way to our hotel. We were that impressed that we booked for them to take us back to the airport when we we’re leaving a few days later. Exactly the same service, her partner Darius picked us up at our hotel at an agreed time and he was very friendly, chatty and just very accommodating, we felt in very safe hands.

The service provided by Krakow4you was fantastic. The lovely Alicia was at the airport on time as arranged and provided a very professional and enjoyable transfer to our hotel and back again at the end of our break.
We would recommend Krakow4you and in particular Alicia for any of your transport and tour requirements.

Alicja was the perfect guide & made us feel so welcome from the moment we stepped out of Krakow airport. We did the Auschwitz & Birkenau tour with her, the personal touch made it all the more special. Nothing was too much trouble. Alicja speaks very good English & has an excellent knowledge of Poland & it's history. The perfect guide for a stay in Krakow.

Alicja was absolutely amazing, she made our visit to krakow one we will never forget, the knowledge she knew blew my mind! Nothing was to big or to small to ask. I’ve come home to England full of knowledge and wonderful memories. I’ve told many people already to book with alicja and I hope to come back to krakow one to day to visit not only a beautiful city but to see her again! Thank you x

Darius was so great! I had booked tickets for Auschwitz and the salt mine and needed a driver. He picked us up and treated us to a glorious day. We had extra time so he gave us a highlights tour of the city. Such a GREAT bonus! Then chose a great spot for us to have lunch so we could try some traditional Polish food. Was delicious. He ended up having free time so picked us up the following day to take us to the airport. Highly, highly recommend!

We visited the Salt-Mines on our final day in Krakow and all I can say is WOW, we were collected from our hotel on time and the driver was very friendly. When we arrived there was a delay but this was down to it being so busy , so I would definitely recommend that you book a guided tour before you go. Our guide was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the mines which helped a lot , the whole place is breathtaking especially the Chapel. It’s around 2.5 half hours so definitely wear comfortable walking shoes. There is so much to see that I couldn’t possibly fit it all in , in this review so I definitely recommend a visit. I know I’ll be going back to visit again

Our driver, Alicja, arranged pickup with us at our hotel. She was prompt and very engaging. Her car was spotless and she was an excellent driver. She was very knowledgeable about Auschwitz/Birkenau and facilitated everything for us, from arranging our tickets to guiding us through the lines and even gave us great restaurant recommendations in Krakow. She was quite simply, fantastic and we could not have been more pleased. Be sure you book Alicja Wrobel if you have the opportunity..it is well worth the cost to have all the arrangements so professionally handled.

Thank you for providing my parents and I a 5* service, it was faultless. We were picked up at 6:45 on the dot in a fabulous Mercedes, the driver and car both immaculately presented, very friendly and professional. We went on to Auschwitz were our driver escorted us to the main reception and waited for us until we were ready to head over to Birkenau. The weather was rainy and he provided us large umbrellas for our trip.
We used the same company for our Airport transfers, all vehicles were spotlessly clean and smart as were the drivers. I cannot recommend this company enough and will be using them when I return to Krakow in the near future.

Excellent although you have to be very fit, 384 steps down to enter the mine although you get a lift back up although the walk from the end of the tour to the lift is 15 minutes. In total I think they said you'll walk 2.1km during the tour which is rough 1 1/4 miles.
If you can manage it, it's worth it though, some excellent statues and hard to believe you're so far under ground. It's probably a bit too long, it was probably 2.5 hours when 1.5 hrs would probably have been enough although you do get a number of short breaks throughout.
