Maha Punye Ayurveda is a massage and ayurvedic therapy's centre inspired by Ayurveda - an ancient, Indian system of natural healing. The main aim of Ayurveda is to find healthy balance between internal self and external life. Modern life, which is full of work and family challenges, creates the feeling of being physically and mentally overloaded with responsibilities. This causes us to lose a sense of harmony in our lives. In response, we often seek out the methods of relief from our unhealthy life habits, pains, stress and fatigue. The primary idea of Maha Punye Ayurveda is to provide you with that relief and help you to achieve your life balance ones again. We deliver the highest quality therapies based on the authentic style, oils, herbs and cosmetics, found in the heart of Ayurveda - India.

Very good customer service. I emailed enquiring about availability and they fitted me in the same day. Lidia was excellent, asking how I planned on getting there and even writing instructions in Polish to my Uber driver, as there were roadworks nearby. It is slightly out of town, so you will need to use public transport to get there from the city centre. I booked in for a special offer back massage lasting one hour, which was excellent value at 140 zl (approx £24) The lady doing the massage was very good and applied the right amount of pressure for me. Very friendly, helpful staff. I would recommend.

Looking to get a massage on our citytrip, we came allong this beautiful place. Here we had the best massage ever!
They were so skilled and we had a great time. When we visit Krakua again we will surely be back!

I always book full body massage with Paulina and this is the best relaxing treatment I have ever got. I would recommend Maha Punye Ayurveda to anyone.

My girlfriend and I booked massages during our visit to Kraków. (Uber from our apartment in the centre to Maha Punye was very inexpensive - don't be put off by the location!) We opted for Vishesh, which is a deep tissue full body massage. The massage was strong and areas of tension were expertly sought out, with the massage therapist focusing her massage on these areas. Quite easily the best massage I have had.

This was my second visit to this massage studio in two years - and I wish I could visit more often. My experience this time was just as good as during my first visit: The staff is dedicated, professional and very friendly. The facilities are clean and there is a calm, relaxed atmosphere. I had a vishesh massage, which was absolutely superb. Located outside the city center you need to take a taxi or the tram, which stops nearby. There are instructions on the studio's website on how to get there, and the staff is also helpful with instructions.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I am an Alternative Medicine practitioner and therefore have high standards when it comes to holistic healing treatments. I had the most incredibly relaxing and healing head and face massage with nasal treatment by Martyna. Martyna and her sister are both knowledgeable of Ayurvedic practices and as a bonus are just such a pleasure to chat with and learn from.. the salon as well as the two sisters have a wonderful energy. Thank you Martyna for opening up my lymphatic system and unblocking my left ear.

Can’t recommend this place enough, staff are so helpful we emailed before our trip to Poland they explained how to find them via tram system. Massage was fantastic 75 mins deep tissue for 150 zloty, would definitely go again!!

This is the best massage I ever had. I am returning for more next time I go to Kraków. I feel incredibly relaxed, calm and rejuvenated from a perfect and wonderful massage. Thank you so much; it really made a busy week completely worth it.

Thanks so much to the two girls for myself and my boyfriends amazing massage! The girls are so friendly and professional and make you feel at ease once you walk through the door.
I choose a deep tissue massage for 75mins. I choose not to have my head massaged and that was fine. My therapist ensured every single inch of my body was massaged. I came out feeling so refreshed, all my knots are gone! 😊
The salon is about 15 mins from the main square and a taxi is about €7 to get there. If you are visiting Kraków you need to go here! 😊

Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry. We are small massage studio, and we have only 2 therapy rooms. So unfortuantely at the same time we can look after only 2 people.
Usually, when 3 persons want to visit us, one of them come before or after the couple. We can also arrange some manicure or facial in the beauty salon nearby, so the third person doesn't have to wait alone, while her/his friends have treatments with us.

Our salon is about 5km from the old town, but there is an easy access to our place by taxi ( it's about 15min) or tram ( about 20-25min). Check our website in tab: contact.
