I was able to get an appointment on the same day just over an hour after enquiring. All the team were very welcoming and professional. My massage was by far one of the best I’ve ever had. It was a mix between being a relaxing Swedish massage and deep tissue massage. The price was great too, for one hour it was the equivalent of £40, which is just over half what we’d pay in the uk. Would highly recommend.

Best massage experience i have ever had. The staff were all so so lovely here and super welcoming. Receptionist was especially very kind. Me and my fiancee both picked the relaxing massage. Our Feet were washed on arrival, which was such a lovely touch! Back massage was 10/10. She got so many knots out i didn't even know i had. The massage was only £50 for an hour, by the end of it we both wished we had picked the 1h30 mins. Bed was soo comfy and the room smelled amazing, you get ti choose the scent of your oils and the room was super warm and cosy- could have fallen asleep! An experience like never before, not only did she massage all over but she also stretched when finished it was amazing and the massuse was so professional. Served tea after the massage and the woman said we could sit and relax for a bit before leaving. Could not recommend any more.

My masseuse was Fina - she’s STRONG! After 2 days of touring around krakow, my friend & I needed massages because our legs were killing us. We arrived on a Sunday (after doing a food tour), and the front desk was very accommodating. The girl explained what massages they offer & we each opted for 90 min Thai-Bali massages. The massages started with a foot wash & scrub. At the end, my calves felt less tight. Great prices too!

Great experience last Monday late afternoon. The reception area is a bit tucked away well back from the main street....Dont let that put you off. The receptionist spoke perfect english and Polish. She explained the differences in the various massage options and helped us select the right one in a very relaxed friendly way. I had a great one hour "head, neck and back" massage. The atmosphere was perfect and authentic. It really was special. Shame it was our last day or we would have been back. P.S. you can pay cash or card at reception after the treatment but I noticed the masseuse had tip box in the room, but they do not point it out. You will feel so good you will want to tip so be prepared.

Therapist here are amazing! Before i was going to physhiotherapist but after that sport massage i will always come here. I feel so light and i have so less tension points and pain in my body. I didnt jnow that pleasure like that exist in this world. And receptionist there is really nice and helpfull. Highly receommend!

We've had a lot of massages in our life, even in Thailand and Bali. But this was by far the best Balinese massage I've had so far. The venue is very clean and breathes Asia. Staff are very warm and friendly. Going back...tomorrow...and next time we visit Krakau.

A collegue at work recommended this to try to help me relax. I took the ThaiBali Classic. From arrival the service stood out as there was a very warm and friendly welcome with water or fresh fruit water offerred both before and after the massage. The massage was a great mix of relaxing with some less-relaxing but therapuetic elements. I felt better the same day and even better after 24 hours. I will try to book here if I return to Krakow again.

Myself and my wife have had many a massage in places all over the world and many in Thailand itself, so we were delighted to find this place in Krakow near to our hotel the H15 Palace and we have to report that you will not find a better place for a massage than ThaiBali. The therapists really know what they are doing and you are well looked after and the cost is fantastic compared to the hotel we stayed at.

The other day I went for a massage with my wife to ThaiBali. Massage was very good no doubt. We felt quite relaxed and enjoyed. The place itself was very nice and cosy.The staff inside were professional and very polite. The only thing that changed my taste, was two guys sitting in front of the main door, in the garden. One of them was old, the other one with big belly drinking beer. Initially, I assumed that they were homeless, but surprisingly while we got closer, one of them started inviting us to get inside. Perhaps he works there? Very creepy and uncomfortable, we almost turned back.
