About Eat Polska Krakow Food & Vodka Tours
The food tour gives you an opportunity to taste fantastic Polish dishes and hear the stories behind them. You will learn why Poles ferment everything, why they somethimes long for food produced in the 70’s, why you can’t trust the invitation „for a cup of coffee.” You will visit 4-5 establishments, so be prepared for a full meal (and a dessert, of course). The tour is daily!

Deluxe Polish Food Tour Experience in Krakow

This 4-hour walking Food Tour of Krakow will let you taste some classics and discover the new, delicious side of Poland. We're not only a 'pierogi' and 'kielbasa' country, with our tour you'll visit traditional as well as up and coming places run by talented chefs. Our foodie guides who are bloggers, journalists or die-hard food enthusiasts will tell you stories which will help you not only understand Polish food, but Poland as a whole.

We'll first treat you to a street food classic and follow with soups for starters. Next stop (ex. Sunday) will be a farmers' market: this is a chance to try seasonal produce. Moving on, the tour brings you for main courses to a modern Polish restaurant. If you crave for more tradition, we visit one of the best folk restaurants for some cured meats and cheese. We wrap up with a dessert to die for at a classic pastry shop. Altogether, you'll be treated to 10+ tastings, including 4 sitting-down restaurant tastings. It's not a nibble-only street food tour!

I’m a firm believer that to truly experience a new place starting with a food tour is the way to go. Food is not just regional but it is steeped with tradition, culture and passion. I have been on several walking food tours, if a city offers them I usually book them. So I have experienced quite a vast array of techniques and experiences. Although most are always wonderful it’s not hard for me to claim this is one of the best Food Tours I’ve experienced. We had the pleasure of Tomek’s company and he was exceptional. The food stops were varied and filling but what made this tour top notch was our guide. His passion and excitement mixed with knowledge about the food and his countries history led us on a wonderful journey. His guidance did not stop after the tour ended ... he continued to send us links with information on various areas to explore within Kraków and along the rest of our road trip. Will definitely be a memory and highlight for us! If you can ask for a guide request Tomek!

I had a little understanding about Polish food although this tour did a great job at changing that. Alicja did a great job at explaining about the food and Polish traditions, and she should definitely be confident in her knowledge. You definitely get loads of food and things that I wouldn't necessarily try unless I did this tour

I can't recommend this vodka tour enough, it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Our guide (Mateusz) was extremely knowledgable about all things vodka and polish food, pointed out intriguing details about the history of vodka, modern vodka, polish food, tips/tricks about Krakow, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to book this tour again next time I'm in town.
